Excellent electrolyte support – immediate cramp relief and clean ingredients
I’ve struggled with painful muscle cramps in my legs, arms, abdominal muscles, and even fingers. Drinking electrolytes gives me almost immediate relief, and this one has become part of my daily routine. As long as I have it every day, the cramps stay away.The raspberry-lemon flavor isn’t my favorite, but I’ve gotten used to it. The big win here is that it’s naturally flavored and free from artificial chemicals – that’s a huge plus for us. It also mixes beautifully with no undissolved powder or gritty texture. We mix one scoop with about 32 oz of water, and my husband likes his in carbonated water made with our SodaStream.The formula feels clean, the potassium content is impressive, and it’s excellent value for how long the tub lasts. Highly recommend if you’re looking for effective, sugar-free electrolyte support without synthetic additives.I find it much more economical and a healthy alternative to the sports drinks that are laden with sugar.

It usually takes me a couple months to write a supplement review but after a week, I feel so much better! I’m on GLP and have been dehydrated and fatigued the entire time. I’ve tried other electrolyte drinks, including Pedialyte, but never felt an improvement. I happened upon Dr. Berg’s video on potassium to learn I was nowhere near my daily intake. The drinks and supplements I was using only had about 100 to 300 mg per serving when I needed 2000 to 4000mg. Boy has it been a game changer! After the first serving, my organs and muscles started twitching which has never happened with any of the other electrolyte supplements. I went from infrequent strong smelling urination to odor free peeing all day and night. I even lost 3lbs! I’m so glad I got this! I was a little hesitant at the price but after doing the math, 100 servings at $47 is half the price for other brands with fewer servings and less potassium. The container is loaded almost to the top instead of half empty like some. So I really feel like I’m getting my money’s worth and then some! The raspberry lemon flavor is good but I’d like to try another flavor. I drink it twice a day adding BCAA energy powder to the first serving replacing my coffee. I have another serving by itself for lunch and then water for the rest of the day. I take an additional 375mg magnesium glycinate before bed to meet my magnesium intake and have a good morning no straining bowel movement. I cannot emphasize enough how much better I feel! It’s crazy how something so simple it’s so effective! If you’re struggling with hydration and mineral intake, this is for you!

Great value, work!
I bought this Electrolyte powder because to cost was lower than LMNT. I did not use it for a while. At first I did not like it because it was less salty and more difficult to dissolve. and I needed a funnel to get into my water bottle.But then a few things made me look again. 1. It is less salty but not bad just different 2. It has ingredients I want , especially the magnesium (helps me poop without taking magnesium alone) it’s gentle 🙂 3. It helps me get my morning water down (32 oz). It is now my go too electrolytes and as for the issue of getting it to de solve, I put it in my water bottle and shake it 3 or 4 times as I drink it. It works well. I will buy again.

Love this project! Best tasting electrolyte powder on the market and makes me feel way more hydrated I use it. I’ve also noticed that I have fewer headaches when using this powder daily
