Comfortable and supportive for meditation

Nice and sturdy.
My only complaint is that the pad you sit on is kind of thin and flimsy. Otherwise this meditation seat is awesome. I’m 5’9 and 205 and I’m still super comfortable and supported on it.

Comfortable, Stylish, Good Quality
I just used this bench for a ten day Vipassana Mediation Course and spent many hours on this bench! Very comfortable, I love that the seat isn’t a really steep incline (like a lot of other benches, thus putting more weight on your knees that way). It was the perfect incline for me. The cushion is soft on the bum and a nice, pretty velvet!

Excellent bench for meditation
Natural bamboo and crafted design, it looks very sturdy and well made. This bench is perfectly comfortable with the meditation cushion and the forward decline supports me a good meditation posture. Besides, I can store it easily (it folds up) and can take it in travel. Great kneeling stool and highly recommended!

Nice Bench
This is the first meditation bench I have ever owned. I prefer to sit with the slant going to the back and I did add a piece of non skid drawer liner under the cushion as that nice velvet like to slide.That non skid liner underneath and it’s perfect.Folds up nice too

Comme il y a beaucoup de banc de médiation à vendre sur le marché et que je ne connais que celui-là, mon avis positif est donc relatif à ma propre morphologie. En ce qui me concerne, j’ai 73 ans et suis plutôt mince. Ce banc de médiation a exactement la bonne hauteur pour permettre que la position seiza soit confortable tout en exercant une pression sur les genoux et le devant des pieds susceptible d’améliorer progressivement la souplessse de ces articulations. Il s’agit d’un excellent produit, dont je recommande l’achat à tout pratiquant sérieux.

I debated between 4 and 5 stars here. This is a superbly made item. The word is well engineers and has an amazing finish. the cushion is of high quality and is soft yet supportive. It certainly is a high-end option at the current price but I love it and it feels perfect to sit on so I would highly recommend it if it is in your price bracket. It certainly helps take pressure off the knees for extended meditation. There is also no assembly needed other than strapping the cushion on, which is a real bonus.
