Recommended for perimenopause
This tastes great, isn’t chalky, great calories, quality consistency, mixes very well as it doesn’t clump. Texture is good with the right thickness. Really good for hair and nails with perimenopause.

Excellent Protein Powder for the PCOS girlies!!!!
So far have been using this for about 2 weeks and it’s one of the best protein powders I ever used. It does have a slightly chalky taste because of the peas, but like others have said it’s not over powering. What makes a difference for me is if I use chia seeds or not, otherwise it mixes well in smoothies and batters. I highly recommend using the vanilla in waffles or pancakes. They taste great, I get my protein, and I don’t spike. I can’t say anything concrete in regards to the skin-care aspect of this powder because I’m still trying to get a consistent skin routine under control.

Protein review
I think this is one of the best plant based protein powders out there. The powder has a good amount of vitamins and aminos. It mixes well as long as you dont use cold liquids. I liked the vanilla flavor but it does cause it to be a little overly sweet. The texture is good and doesnt have that after beany taste some vegetable proteins can have. One thing i didnt like was the price ut was kind of pricey but us pretty good size wise. I also dont like that it doesmix well with cold liquids. Doesn’t cause bloating or stomach discomfort. Overall is a good quality vegetable protein to use to get enough protein in your diet. I would recommend this product to anyone if they used protein but don’t know anyone that uses protein powder besides myself.

NOT worth the price!! Don’t buy!
Edit ** I found a better CHEAPER product called Ascent. The chocolate tastes pretty darn good! **Original: Birdman is an ok product, but NOT worth the insane price! They keep raising the price. The smaller container with only 15 lousy tiny servings used to be $17, now it’s $30. And a few months ago the bigger container was $43, and now it’s $59.99 🙄 So now what I do is buy 1 container of Birdman and mix half of the container with cheap unflavored pea protein (Birdman is way too sweet by itself anyway). That way 1 container of Birdman/pea protein lasts me 3 months. I’m in search of something better though, because the price increases are absolutely ridiculous and not worth it. The only reason I keep buying it is because I’m a creature of habit and haven’t had time to find a new one. But until I do I’m going to start having to add even more pea protein to make it last even longer.

I honestly had such low expectations…
This item surprised me so much. I usually just buy whatever protein is on sale, and when I saw that this was half off I decided to try it out. Typically vegan proteins gross me out soo much, they have a weird bean-y aftertaste, never mix right, and the macros are never as good, but I just chug my protein for the gains so not really a big deal. BUT when I tried this out I was so pleasantly surprised! First thing I noticed was that it blends incredibly easy, even easier than some whey proteins I’ve used. It also tastes great, I got the vanilla flavor and can definitely see my self making a protein cookie dough with this. The macros aren’t the best, for example my Ghost whey protein is 130 Calories for 25g of protein and this one is 140 for 23g, but they are pretty good overall. I can’t speak to the other health benefits (Collagen Boosters and Hyaluronic Acid) as I haven’t been using this for long enough, but I definitely recommend this based on taste, how well it blends, and macros.

Llevo varias semanas usando esta proteína y me ha funcionado muy bien. La mezclo con leche de almendras sin azúcar y queda súper cremosa. No me ha causado inflamación ni malestar, y me ayuda a completar mi consumo diario de proteína, sobre todo cuando no alcanzo con la comida. Además, el sabor está rico y no sabe artificial. La recomiendo si estás buscando algo práctico para complementar tu alimentación.
