Great for home or office
Found this while looking for an option to help regane some balance and strength in my legs after brain tumor surgery . It is nice and wide, very sturdy and works well for me . I stand a 6″4″ 250lbs . I use it on a rubber mat to keep it from slipping (like most exercise equipment ) or on the carpet . The risers help make this unit grow with you and you skill level. In my case, I found that the risers are not the same, I played around an found the correct ones for the correct side then marked them with a sharpy. They shouls all fit flush and lock into place. If not try the other one in the same color. Really enjoying this and found it to be a great value also easy to put away when done.

STEP UP
Suffering from neuropathy in my legs from a spinal fusion, I found myself needing to do some elementary exercises like toe raises and stepping up and down. Looked at a number of steppers and selected this one because of its modest price and good appearance in the listing picture. Got it and have only used it a few times, but I have to say I am well pleased with it. Nice and stable , not flimsy. Good traction.

Very sturdy, and the level separate and connect easily. Great for step-ups and push-ups as well. We use ours for our home gym.

Good length and sturdiness for the price.
I think this is good for the price. When I started searching I saw these in several price ranges. It seems there are 3 major lengths you can get. There is a size shorter in length than this and a size longer in length than this. The longer would be what you find in a gym and I would not recommend the ones shorter in length than this one. I think this is a good length for the price. This has enough room to comfortably step up and down and not worry about mising the platform. I don’t feel that the longer one is worth paying so much more for with the length you get. I use it on carpet, which may not be recommended, but it is sturdy when I use it and the surface is non slip. I like that I can adjust the height from the blocks stored under the unit. I have read reviews of people not being happy that you cannot store one level of the blocks under while you are using it, but to me that’s not even a big deal. I just set them aside when I’m using it. Right now I am using the highest level and I just keep it that way and do not replace them underneath for storage. This does not take up a lot of space so it’s a good addition to the other equipment I have. It can be leaned up against a wall with minimal taking of space. I am very happy with my purchase and the price I paid. I never thought once about returning this product. I have had it for about 2 months.

I love this adjustable stepper I’m 68 years old and it’s a great companion to my exercise routine along with my elliptical. It’s well-made easy to put together easy to take a step down or two. There’s three heights they all snap on the bottom they go on easy they come off easy and the size is perfect. You have to read the measurements. You wanna make sure you get one adequate for your body height and size so this one’s perfect for me and I’d like to color choices. 🙂 I don’t have steps in my home. It’s one story and when I go to visit my sisters who both have steps in their homes, my legs feel it, and I decided at my age. I need to create the movement I don’t have so I can remain healthy going into the next phase of my life. I was blessed to have a mother that walked on her own 2 feet to the age of 93 and she loved being active sitting, she said is the enemy.:)

Great Buy!
Purchased to help with my home physical therapy exercises. For the price it’s an excellent buy – easy to put together (and take sections off as needed), lightweight enough to stash in a closet or behind the door (vertically), and sturdy to stand on, repeatedly step on and off etc. I’m 5′ 5″ and 145 lbs, it works well for me!

Sturdy and Safe at Lowest level. Needs Improvements
Excellent, sturdy at the lowest height. Difficult to insert supports to raise the level, and one side came loose when using. Good idea, 3 levels, but needs to be improved for safety and also for assembly of upper levels for buyers with weak or impaired hands.

Solid item. Not slippy. The same size as the ones used in my gym. Unfortunately the extra height feet do not fit securely in the base and need storing separately. That’s my only gripe. I would recommend it.

muy buena calidad de banco. con plastico firme. no se mueve al pararse, ni se hunde. es un banco firme aun a la altura maxima.lo recomiendo mucho. lo volveria a comprar para regalarselo a alguien ya que no creo que me haga falta a mi por ser un material eternamente durable y bonito.me llego antes de lo previsto y en excelentes condiciones. la caja protegio bien el material para que llego comprimida por que hizo bien su funcion de proger el banco.
