This jump rope was easy to use and a good beginner rope. I used it to train for Crossfit and if you are just starting out, this is the one for you! The beads were easy to change and take off and it has lasted me a long time.

I thought it would be easier than a wire rope
I bought this because it was supposed to be easier than a wire “speed” rope which I also have. I find it more difficult to use because it is very light and also has more drag, making it overall more effort to spin the rope. I haven’t really gotten the hang of it but I’m not sure it’s the manufacturer’s fault either. It is easily adjustable and comfortable to hold.

As a novice I find this easier to use. No wiggle of the rope. Swivels great at the handles. I like it a lot. Packs away nicely in a little zippered pouch it comes with for easy packing up or travel.

Excellent. Don’t feel you need to buy a super expensive rope. I have learned all the tricks on here and the boxer step. The beads help you to know where the rope is.
