Affordable and well priced smart ring!
I have been wanting one of these for so long! To be able to see SO much data is incredible! I have been worried about my sleeping, getting steps in, my heart rate, takes my oxygen and more! I LOVE how it looks like beautiful jewelry! I only have to charge it about every 4 days which is great! Comfortable, excellent value, true to size and so far very durable! It was so easy to download the app and connect to my device!

Smart Ring Tracks Sleep and Fitness!
I had a smart watch but it didn’t accurately track my sleep so I got this Smart Ring by RQZ and I’m so happy with this ring! The ring is beautiful and fits my fingers great! When it’s cold I wear it on my pointer finger and when it’s warm and my fingers are more swollen I wear it on my middle finger. I have found the tracking results to be accurate when wearing the ring on either finger.The ring comes packaged securely with a charging box and cord included. Upon receipt it was charged but not to 100% so I immediately charged the ring and was able to start using that night. Using the QR code included in the packaging I was able to download the free app which allows for data tracking.The AISO RING app is easy to navigate and after inputting my personal info I checked my temperature and my heart rate. Amazing! I wore it to bed and the next morning I was able to see my sleep info and also a total profile that sums up daily activities and sleep.I am so very impressed with this Smart Ring and the price is amazing for such a good quality product. It’s easy to charge and sync to the app and it’s wonderful that the app is free of charge with no monthly fees for tracking. I highly recommend this Smart Ring for anyone wanting to track their sleep and fitness activity.

Great ring!
SO many good things to say! The appearance is classic. You would not really even know it’s a tracker ring, it just looks like a simple band. Could easily pass as a wedding band too. The Weight is very lightweight and really not noticeable. Color is clean and crisp silver color. The Battery life is about 4 days with constant wear, and the charging is simple, just set it back in the case. I have worn this doing heavy yard work, soaking hands in water cleaning, getting very dirty and everything between. No issues at all in a week. The app is also easy to use and simple to navigate. Sleep tracking is very interesting to see how much REM/Deep/Light sleep I am getting nightly.Best part is THERE IS NO subscriptions and no trying to sell stuff. It just works. Simple and easy to use.

Really great smart ring!
So far so good! First this ring is great! Perfect fit true to size and you can’t tell it’s a smart ring looks like a regular wedding band which is great. I love the shiny silver and it was super easy to connect to the app and came fully charged which was really nice because I could get right into the setup. The ring works great it does everything seamlessly and quickly. It’s easy to view all the info on the app and the app is greatly detailed and easy to use. I think the price is great as well I’m thinking of getting one for my husband. The step counter is very helpful and I love that it takes blood oxygen, heart rate and also temperatures I’m hoping it’ll help track menstrual cycles. It’s also super cool it’ll vibrate when your phone is ringing or when you get a message.

It still needs some work
The smart ring has some good points and areas that still need work. First, the good things;The battery life was very good; it lasted me a week without charging.It was easy to connect to my phone.It was light and easy to wear. At first it seemed a bit bulky, but after a few days I forgot it was there.The ring looks good.Now, the things that need some work;The steps are not accurate. I counted out 50 steps walking, and it showed 87. Over a mile, it really shows the difference.It didn’t record my naps. It was within a half hour of the sleep total, but the ring never picked up my naps.Lastly, the app really needs some work. It wouldn’t keep the imperial setting for the totals. And it is hard to navigate. Has a generic feel to it. So, for the RSQ smart ring, it’s not a good value for the money. A smart watch would be better, 3/5 stars.
