Great quality and great price !!!
Great price and quality. It came with a whole chart of exercises and there are lots of workouts online for free. All you have to do is actually move your ass and do a workout each day. Start with 10 minutes and tell yourself you’re allowed to quit after 10 minutes. Once you get going you won’t stop!!!

Great Value and Quality – Minor Flaw with the Bands
Overall, I’m very happy with this Pilates set. The ring and exercise ball are excellent—both feel durable and professional-grade. The ball was easy to inflate, and the included pump is a nice touch. I’ve been using the ring for core and leg exercises, and it has the perfect amount of resistance.The set also comes with a helpful guide that walks you through different workouts, which I really appreciated as someone doing Pilates at home.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the resistance bands. While they’re decent, they tend to bunch up a little during use, especially over leggings. If they were just a bit wider or had some grip on the inside, they’d be perfect.That said, it’s still a great deal for the price, and I’d absolutely recommend it—especially for beginners or anyone looking to enhance their at-home workout routine.

I love these bands that came in the set and I just look up a YouTube of good Pilates with the set but the package actually comes with a poster of poses you can do. And it comes with a pump to fill the ball with air. It is also so cute and durable items and worth the price. Personally I love

This is a great kit at a very good price. Kit also included a pump for the ball, a nice bag to fit everything and also a poster of Pilates exercises. Quality of each item is very good and I was impressed with the set. I would recommend to anyone.

Easily transportable Pilates set
I love this set! I fell in love with Pilates after I had a really invasive knee surgery in 2024. After being bedridden for several months and having my life fall apart, Pilates was what helped me gain my strength and motivation back. I decided to get my own Pilates set on amazon and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Now every time I get a break from work or before I go to bed, I can do Pilates in my own way! It is also very easy to pack and bring along on trips.
