Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor;
Extend your arm on the desk, palm up, keeping your wrist at heart level to minimize movement;
Stay still and silent during measurement;
Wait at least 3 minutes between measurements
Why does my blood pressure fluctuate through out the day?
Individual blood pressure varies multiple times every day. It is also affected by the way you te your cuff and your measurement position, so please take the measurement under the same conditions.

What’s in a bp monitor?
If you are looking for efficiency of product coupled with low budget cost, the. This blood pressure monitor is the one. Its affordability is augmented by the fact that once used correctly, it produces readings that reflect your reality. Among its more notable features is the fact that it stores your last readings thus making it easier for retrieval. The interface is clear and user-friendly and the digits in the display are large for easy reading. Another thing is that it is great on portability and once packaged in the sac, it takes up little space allowing me to carry it with me when far from home. I mistakenly believe that it could work without batteries, but I quickly realized this was not the case and that I had to install the requisite batteries in order to use same. All in all this monitor works for. So far, so good.

This is a well made, accurate, quiet, easy-to-use automatic blood pressure machine. Rechargeable (USB-C) with a three battery (AA) backup. For about $20, this seems like a great buy.

Quick, Comfortable, Easy.
Does what it needs and works well. Had no issues setting it up, the memory feature is nice, haven’t had any issues with it so far after using many times.It includes a little bag that the entire thing gets packed into easily, so it’s quite easy to take around with you portability-wise. The arm strap was pretty large and included a good velcro so it will most likely fit just about anybody, I could get it pretty dang tight. Just follow the instructions of course.

Good Blood Pressure cuff that’s very easy to use.
This is a very easy to use device and I’ve been using it for a couple of months with no battery change. It does take about a minute to get a reading, but that doesn’t feel unreasonable. It does the job and I can put it away and its ready for the next day. I’ve had zero issues with it.I have a home health care nurse who takes my BP once a week, and I have found the monitor to read slightly high, but honestly I would rather have it read a bit high as opposed to too low, which I have never experienced. At any rate it appears to be quite accurate compared to much higher cost devices, and I am pleased with the results. It is comfortable, durable, and a good value.

Caught needed hospital stay! Cancelled return
At first it seemed like it was calculating things super weird and the numbers just seemed so off for both me and another person I was using as a comparison control test. Had it put back together and ready to return when we stopped by to use a local pharmacy blood pressure machine for a second opinion. Turns out it was accurate and both of us had unknown BP issues, mine needing an urgent hospital stay! So I cancelled my return and will be keeping the little unit, I’m sorry I doubted you so much.Usability is great so far. It has a plug in option (cord but not an adapter included) if you don’t want to use batteries (not included) and batteries if you prefer vice versa. It’s easy to put on even by yourself and has little indicators on which way is up and where to align over the artery, and it’s quick and compact. Simple and straight forward. I’ll see how well it holds up and how the accuracy is over time, hence the four stars for now. Otherwise, it’s a great little unit so far and will help me be much better at knowing what your normal BP is, which I didn’t realize until now was so important!Update:I’ve been using this multiple times a day for a month now to monitor my condition and it’s been doing great. The numbers seem consistently accurate and it’s had no issues. The memory function is actually pretty nice too and stores a lot. Really happy with this purchase!

Great price, good quality and easy to use!
Super easy to read and understand and use! Works with batteries OR a (short) USB cable that requires a specific current to operate (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). The instructions are clear and easy to follow though my poor eyes did require a magnifying glass. I would definitely recommend this product.
