A good and sturdy ball at a a good price
I’m no yogi-man so I can’t talk about the ball’s Yoga qualifications but I can speak to its quality as a ball and its use in my own, personal physical therapy.The ball ships deflated and comes with a capable little air pump and fittings for inflating. You can think of it as a large hypodermic but for injecting air. After pumping it up, one inserts a small plastic plug and you are ready for action.The ball itself has a nice, non-slip texture and does seem to be made of thick material as advertised. My physio has me rolling the ball between my forehead and a wall. This is easily done due to the non-slip nature of the material which I’m guessing has some sort of silicone content.

I absolutely love this Pilates exercise ball! It’s the perfect size, durable, and just the right firmness to support a wide range of workouts. I use it for Pilates, core strengthening, stretching, and even posture support, and it’s made a noticeable difference in my balance and stability.

Strong and useful, but larger than expected
This exercise ball feels strong and durable, and the material gives confidence that it won’t easily burst. It inflates quickly with the included pump, holds air well after multiple uses, and had no smell right out of the package. The size makes it great for Pilates, therapy, and core exercises, but it was a bit larger than I had hoped for. Still, it’s stable, easy to use, and a solid value for the price.

Good exercise ball but a bit bigger than some used at studios
I was looking for a small exercise ball that was similar to the ones they use at Pilates studios. This ball is a bit bigger but I actually like the bigger size. It has great texture for gripping and doesn’t slip when I’m using it during work outs. It came with a pump which was convenient. The color matches the description. It hold air pretty good and feels like it will be durable. In all, for the price this is a good purchase .

Perfect size and function
Very nice size for resistance training for both arms and legs. Inflater comes with ball and quickly inflates. Was a little difficult to keep it inflated while inserting plug, but works if you insert it quick. Inflated for 6 weeks now with almost daily use and no reinflation required. No weird smells associated with this ball.

Pale green is more of a gray color
The ball is fine, but the color is incorrect. I ordered pale green but is really more of a Gray color I reordered it thinking that maybe they shipped the wrong one, but the box says pale green. It just does not look green. Just so you know all of the you out there that are looking specifically for the green color this will not meet your expectations.

Needed a ball for my pelaton Pilates workouts. The ball is fine, the pump was trash.
