Perfect smart ring for health tracking!
I am in love with this brand and this ring! I have another version of this and it worked well, but this newer version is amazing—esp for the price!! This ring works just as well as one that would run you hundreds of dollars. I love how it tracks my steps, stress, sleep, oxygen, and now my temperature!! It is extremely accurate esp when counting my steps, heart rate and my monthly cycle. It is absolutely beautiful and I love the simplicity with a touch of sparkle. I wear a size 7 in rings & I knew I wanted to wear it on my ring finger. I ordered a 7 and it is indeed true to size. It is extremely durable, comfortable and WATERPROOF!!! That right there is a huge bonus! I love that the app for tracking is free—no one wants to pay for a product and then turn around to pay a monthly subscription to use said product. Overall this ring is a 10/10 in my book and the most perfect everyday accessory!!

So glad I bought the Colmi R10!
I had the ring since 4/18 and on 4/27 returned it. I am updating feedback in contrast to my initial review below.I really wanted to like the Colmi R10. Not only did TikTok influence me but the ring is really pretty, and it did give insight to what changes I need to make for better sleep more than anything else. Why did I return it? The battery life. I charged to 100%, had all tracking features turned on as a test and the battery dropped to more than half in a day. I then tweaked with the features and turned off body temperature and stress tracking entirely and in about 20 hours of use, battery dropped 18%. So, if looking to keep all features on to gain full insight using the rings full functionality, the battery really doesn’t cut it but if willing to sacrifice some data, then I suggest interval change as shown in the screenshot, where ‘full-day heart rate’ is changed from the lowest to the highest interval (which is hourly vs. every five mins) and turning off features not entirely interested in like I did with temperature and stress tracking.–She is sleek, lightweight, and so pretty! I love how she meshes with my other daily jewelry. I use the ring/app with iOS and the connectivity was seamless, no connection issues.Comparing stats from my Apple Watch (which I’ve been wanting to rid myself of for some time now) to the Colmi R10, values are spot on. Heart rate is accurate, I tested with manual count and the sleep data for me (being 14 weeks pregnant) gives insight as to why I’m cranky aside from the hormones, of course 😅 it gave me knowledge of when best to go to bed to try at getting in sufficient sleep nightly.I am happy with this purchase and its features, noting that for me the most prominent ones are the heart rate and sleep tracking. At the price point and without subscription for app usage, I def recommend for a discreet and dainty way to keep tabs on overall health.

Decent ring, but is it accurate?
Went down a smart ring rabbit hole on TT and this one kept popping up as an amazing alternative to the stupid expensive rings.This ring is soooo lightweight, comfortable and fits really well. I bought the ring sizing kit ahead of time and it is accurate.I really wanted the gold but it was sold out for a while so I got the silver. It’s still a really beautiful ring, love the sparkly “glitter” detail. I thought that detail would’ve helped with disguising scratches, and it does!Functionality: works well. The app is FREE. It’s easy to use. Had to change all the metrics to US units. I have it checking all the vital stuff every hour instead of every 30 min which seems to help with battery.I would not say the battery lasts as long as some say it does. Especially if you’re using it to track everything including work outs. I’d say I can get maybe 3 full days (72) hours before I need to charge it.Step count cannot be accurate. Comparing it to my watch, there’s no way I get that many steps. It’s a ring, your hands are moving more than your feet during the day so I wouldn’t say that’s accurate AT ALL.Body temp: this was the main reason I got the R10 version because the R02 didn’t track temp. Is it accurate? Maybe? I get hot flashes and night sweats and it’s still showing me that my body temp is steady the same.Stress levels: Reason#2 I bought this. not sure if this is accurate either. I’m guessing they’re measuring this off of heart rate? Which my heart rate is normally a little lower so I’m not seeing that this is a great feature either.Sleep detection: this is probably the main reason I will keep the ring. It is telling me the quality of sleep I’m getting and how much. This helps a lot. I won’t wear my watch to bed. I think that sleep tracking and heart rate may be the most reliable features on this ring. Other than that, I would’ve gotten the cheaper version to save myself the extra $20.Overall: decent ring for the cheaper cost. Still not convinced I needed the more expensive version for body temp. Tracks a couple of things I find important.
