Spa Quality Not Stiff Smells Lovely
This is one comfortable neck pillow! After suffering with my neck for months I saw this on Amazon. It’s spa quality. I’ve slept with it every night for many months. It’s eliminated my neck pain. The filling allows you to position it more to one side if you want and will stay in place. The size is perfect for me, I’m petite. It’s not stiff, has a tiny bit of weight to it. You can put it in the freezer or microwave. It kept the lavender scent for about 6 months. The cover washes in my machine on the hand-wash cycle just fine, air dry.

Utterly Delightful, staffy approved
I love this sizable neck pillow.Pull it out of the cover (which has a metal zipper) and microwave it for a couple of minutes, return it to the cover, and luxuriate in it’s glorious smell and delightful warmth… especially outside of summer.Funnily enough, my staffy wants to wear it too. One day I wore it and he nosed it. I put it on him and his eyes started to close. He curled up on my lap and started to snore. Now if it’s in the bed (even if not warm) he noses his way under it. I use it a lot. I’ve ordered a few of these, and this one is the best. Most of them arrive with zippers on the cushion itself, which is just awful design because you have to put it in the oven or something… which is annoying. This one is well thought out and, of course, staffy approved!

The smell of lavender is strong but the pad takes more than 3 min. to heat up even though you are not supposed to put it in the microwave for more than 2 minutes. It also does t stay warm long enough to be worth the $50 price tag.

This is a wonderful heated pillow that will relax your tense shoulders. Would have given it five stars if it was a little higher/thicker at back of head and a little longer overall.

Great item substandard delivery process
The item is great. But I was very disappointed at the length of time it took for delivery. Previously, every Amazon order I have placed has taken a week or less to arrive. The original delivery date I was given was over a month. The projected date kept changing. It finally came in a a little over two weeks which was still longer than usual and a very nerve wracking time wondering when and if it would arrive.
