Useful bedside combo device with solid charging features; sleep sounds not ideal for noise blocking
This MYPLUS bedside unit offers a lot in one device: white noise machine, night light, clock, and charging station for phone, earbuds, and Apple Watch. After using it, my general impression is that it does what it promises, with some specific drawbacks.Size-wise, it has a fairly compact footprint for something with this many functions. It’s about 6 by 6 by 3.5 inches, which is not tiny but not huge either. Controls are straightforward. The remote is handy, especially if you are using this from bed and do not want to lean over to tap through settings on the unit itself. The display and lighting also give it a fairly modern bedside look without taking up too much space.The charging side worked as described. It charged an iPhone on the front wireless pad (which, with the right model of phone, also function as a clock), an Apple Watch on the magnetic puck, and AirPods on the top charging area. That alone cuts down on a lot of cable clutter around a nightstand. If you are already in the Apple ecosystem, the all-in-one setup is convenient and akin to some of the other 3-in-1 charging stands available..The night light is another feature I ended up liking a lot. It gives off enough light to get up in the middle of the night without turning on a bright room light and fully waking yourself up. For a bedroom or nursery, that is a practical feature and probably one of the better uses for this device.The white noise function is decent, though this is also where most of my reservations are. It includes multiple built-in sounds and the volume range is good, with enough output to be heard clearly across a room. Speaker quality is acceptable, but not especially rich. More importantly, I personally prefer a steady, consistent white noise for covering outside disturbances like neighbors’ music or footsteps upstairs. The sounds offered by this device are more environmental than constant. For example, the rain track has variation and quieter moments, which makes it less effective for masking other noises. It may be fine for other purposes like general relaxation, but it is not my favorite style for sleep white noise.One other important thing I do wish were clearer is third-party certification. I do not see obvious certification markings like UL, TUV, MFi, etc., which are important safety certifications for electrical charging devices. I am not an electrical engineer, and the device did charge my devices in my testing. However, it is hard to assess the electrical charging quality and overall safety without specialized equipment. With a multi-device charging product I am always a little more comfortable when those third-party certifications are easy to find, as they are a proxy for personal testing.Overall, I think this is a well-featured bedside gadget that succeeds at combining several useful functions into one compact unit. The charging setup and night light are the standout features for me. The white noise machine is usable, but less ideal if you want a plain, uninterrupted masking sound. Even at a discounted price, this device is not a trivial purchase, but it does offer a lot in one device. I would recommend it if you need a multi-function stand and sleep sound machine in one…but with some minor reservations.

Crystal Clear Sound, Separate Timers For Both, The Lights and The Sounds. I Do Recommend.
We really like this sound machine. There are 10 different white noises available, from crickets to a water stream, ocean waves, flowing water, crackling fire, etc… and even a singing bowl. I have to say, crackling fire is my favorite. It sounds very crisp. The sound is crystal clear.There are several buttons/functions to choose from. You can change the lights to different colors, and even a warm light for sleeping. Also, volume controls for the white noises, timers to shut off automatically after a set time such as 30 minutes, 60 minutes, etc.. The sound and lights have their own timer functions. The sound timer is on the left and the light timer is on the right. I really like that I can listen to the sounds awhile, but may want to have the light on for a little bit longer, and I can set it up to do that.I am including pictures to show the size of this unit. It’s very compact and won’t take up much space at all. It measures 6 inches deep by 6 inches wide. The height is dependent upon whether you use the watch charging piece (it adds just over two inches to the height of the unit.) I like the look of the unit, but almost feels retro, maybe from the 80’s. But that’s okay, we had the best music and clothing anyway!The remote control comes with a holder which has an adhesive on the back so you can secure it to a wall next to your machine and not lose track of it.The power cord is a decent length, about 4.5 feet long, but not long enough that it might be in the way or cause clutter.I appreciate that it also does have a watch charging stand. But note that it is only Apple watch compatible. It does charge Iphones, but I just have a trac phone, so it won’t charge mine. That’s fine, though, I really got it for the sound machine function. This little unit also charges air pods (Airpod).The sounds are very soothing, and being able to adjust the volume, along with the lighting, is very relaxing!I definitely feel this is worth the money, especially because it not only is a sound machine (with crystal clear sounds), it charges airpods, Apple watches, and Iphones.I can’t really speak as to the reliability yet, I’ve only had this a short time. But at this point, i do recommend!
