Doesn’t work for me. Unable to the pull the strap tight enough onto and against a door.
Unfortunately I can’t give this a better review because the strap can’t be pulled tight enough, even with the buckle securing it, so it’s truly snug onto and against a door. As soon as I attach my exercise band(s) with their handles and begin pulling on them the strap pulls away from the door significantly and then moves around. It’s too bad because the concept of multiple anchor points at different heights is great and I would have liked to have been able to use it.

Sturdy, Versatile Door Anchor That Makes Home Workouts So Much Better
This door anchor system is such a great option if you work out at home like I do and want to add more versatility to your resistance bands and the different exercises you can do. It instantly upgrades a simple band set into a full body workout setup without needing bulky equipment or taking up extra space. These work well on pretty much any door and fit perfectly on my coat closet door, which makes it super convenient to leave set up on a door that doesn’t get used often. I love that it has multiple sewn loops at different heights so you can easily switch between low floor movements like seated rows, mid level exercises like face pulls or chest presses, and higher positions for pull downs or overhead work. It makes transitions quick and easy without constantly adjusting your setup. The strap itself feels very sturdy and heavy duty, and once it’s secured in the door it stays tight and doesn’t slide around or need constant retightening. Setup only takes a minute, and I also appreciate that it comes with a storage bag so everything stays neat when not in use.Overall, this is a simple but really effective addition to any home gym. It adds a lot more workout options without taking up any room, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone using resistance bands or doing home workouts.
