This Smart Ring exceeded my expectations! It takes no time to charge and has a long battery life. The app is my fav part because it’s so simple and uncluttered with unnecessary junk. I love that it’s waterproof and looks great too. It has a great sleep results breakdown and great Heart rate monitor. Looking forward to tracking steps without having to wear my iwatch or a Fitbit!!!! NOTE: Not only is it a wide ring and needing to size up BUT the inside of the band is convex so you need to go up at least one whole size.

Helpful for Finding the Right Smart Ring Size Before You Commit
This Smart Ring Sizer kit includes eight different sizes (6 through 13), which makes it easy to test out multiple fits before investing in a smart activity-tracking ring. The instructions are straightforward: try the ring on your index or middle finger, avoid fingers where the knuckle is larger than the base, and make sure the ring doesn’t spin. They also recommend wearing the ring for at least 24 hours to confirm the best fit.I normally don’t wear rings, so the initial feeling was awkward for me. That said, I appreciated having the chance to wear my size for an extended period. I ended up wearing the ring longer than 24 hours to see whether I could get used to the sensation. For someone who already wears rings, this process will probably feel much more natural.What I found most valuable is that this kit helped me realize something important before spending money on a real smart ring: my fingers swell quite a bit during workouts. Because of that, a smart ring may not be the best option for me right now. Still, this sizing kit gave me clarity without any risk, which I’m grateful for.I do plan to revisit the idea once I’ve lost some weight, since that may change how a ring fits for me. Overall, this is a simple, inexpensive, and very useful tool for anyone considering a smart ring and wanting to be confident about sizing and comfort before making the investment.

nice box and accurate sizing
They worked for what we needed. Since we lost a bunch of weight we needed to find out what our ring sizes were. this was able to quickly and accurately determine what it was.

Not for day sleepers
The ring does not record sleep for day sleepers . I work overnights, which is why I wanted it. So I might return it.

Ring Sizer That’s On Point
This review is not for the product listed – the seller has changed the product from a ring sizer to a smart ring. I am NOT reviewing a smart ring!!The RING SIZER was perfect. I been wanting something like this for quite some time now, mainly just to be sure of my finger size before ordering rings online. So far, the rings that I’ve ordered based on this ring sizer have been the perfect size.This runs in sizes from a size 6 up to size 13. They’re plastic, but they seem pretty durable. I like that it comes in a holder that’s labeled – I can’t accidentally put a size into the wrong slot. Overall, very happy with the RING SIZER.

Ring is ok. Kind of bulky. The app however is awful. Keeps crashing, have to restart multiple times a day. Not sure of the accuracy.
