    Excellent tension
    I love these bands. I have a regular band but these apply more tension. Time under tension is how we build muscle. My only complaint is even after tightening the strap they slide down my thigh & I have to readjust.

    Great Bands to Enhance Workout
    Easy workout, killer results. Need to get more consistant with my workouts & I bet I’d have a nice transformation! They do move around a bit during use, but can easily adjust

    IMO – NOT NEEDED FOR GROWTH
    Neutral feedback left for 2 reasons, 5 stars for the way they are built, it is very good and durable. 1 star for the fact that you need blood flow in order to get the best results. I saw a woman using these online and thought since she had glute growth I wanted to try for myself? Long story short I got some advice and it was to not use these. I will probably throw them away tbh.

    These bands are stretchy so very accommodating to different sized people. Full velcro so easily adjust. I would recommend making sure your workout gear is long enough so these go on the fabric, not your skin as it can feel a little pinch and sweaty. Love the colour. I have used these for about one month and feel they are beneficial for me, helping me get one….more….squat, and I’m liking the progress I’m making.
