Gentle & Soothing Relief
This knee massager is great. It is gentle and soothing and the heat setting is just right. I love the portability and the sturdiness of the unit. The massager doesn’t move when strapped onto your knee. The battery lasts many sessions too. My old(er) aching knees feel refreshed and supported!

Well made, easy to use, secure fit, supplies at least temporary relief.
I only gave this a 4 star review as I have not used it long enough to determine the long term benefits, if any. It does give my knee at least temporary relief. The vibrations are not really strong but are soothing as is the heat therapy. I cannot tell if the red light is doing anything. The strongest heat setting gets too warm after a few minutes so I turn it down to medium. But, it does massage the area around the knee and it does provide a soothing warmth through out the entire joint area. It seems to be well made and the straps hold the device on my knee securely. I charged the massager fully before using it and after 10 ten minute sessions it shows no sign of needing to be recharged so battery life seems to be adequate. If you are having knee pain this may be worth a try.

Relief for sore knees
The heat and vibration combine to help with soreness that I occasionally have in one knee or the other. The cordless feature allows you to move around rather than staying in one place while using it. The vibration is soothing and the heat relaxes the muscles and tendons in my knee. It appears to be well constructed and is simple to use.

This knee massager works!
This cordless knee massager is awesome. I have used it twice and I can already tell a difference in my knee.It is really easy to use, it has a touch screen. There is a booklet that explains how to use it, it could have been more descriptive but I figured it out after I had it on my knee and “played with the buttons” it is easy. One word of wisdom, if you are using it on bare skin the heating is low medium and high, HIGH is HOT. I tapped the heat button really quick and that one tap shut the heat off immediately then I tapped it two times and medium heat was perfect for me.The machine is not quiet, it vibrates and uses different levels and it sounds actually pretty cool. I also like that it has both infrared and lasor lights which can be turned off, but I do not know why someone would turn off the healing power of them.I am not yet bone on bone in my knee, my chiropractor recommended some supplements years ago and I take them faithfully, however my knee still has a lot of wear and tear, the main symptom is that it ” locks up” and I have to manually move it because it hurts to move it and if I walk on concrete (grocery stores, Walmart…) for a long period of time the knee flares up and swells and locks up constantly.When I got the Snailax cordless knee massager my knee was in a flare up. I charged it, they send you a usb cord and it worked with an extra cell phone charger, it took almost 2 hours, and ran one cycle. It runs for 10 minutes. Then got ready for bed. I noticed my knee felt somewhat better before going to sleep. The next morning instead of waking up with a painful swollen knee it felt normal. The very next thing I did was put the knee massager on my knee and and run it for one cycle. I plan to use it on both knees every morning as part of my knee care.The massager looks sturdy and well made. I think it is well worth the money, I have a handmassager from snailax that I have had for years now, so I know how well made and durable their products are, and they give you a warranty and they stand behind their products.

I brought this for my mother who resides in India because of the positive review , however could not switch the power button. I reached out to customer service, no response. The item does not say non-refundable when you purchase. I asked for a replacement, but again no response. Very disappointed with the service and item. Please be mindful when you purchase this item.
