Great for Workout
I bought this resistance band to use at home and the quality is great for my workouts. It’s easy to use and works well for leg, arm, and core exercises. Resistance level lighter than I wanted.
It came on time. It looked like cheap quality, something you would buy at dollar tree. The resistance of the 4 bands was lighter than I wanted. So I gave it to my mom. I will order the 6 band one and see how that one works.

I love this product. It keeps me on track. It’s great for using on your leg lifts, situps and other things. Make sure work out much easier.. And the great thing it’s not that expensive. I use it twice a day once in the morning and once before, going to bed.

I’m disappointed with the quality of this product. Also it shows a person standing while stretching it out…the straps are quite short and I can’t put my feet in with running shoes on…I can only use it if I take off my shoes.
