Expensive but worth it
We finished our kitchen remodel last month and lined some of the shelves with this cork on the shelves where glasses are stored to catch any residual dampness and also prevent breakage. Also lined the pots/pans drawer and other storage drawers to keep stuff from sliding around. Great product and I’ve used it in the past.10/8/2024 – I forgot to add this: The cork is tightly rolled and doesn’t want to lie down flat. Also needs some help to STICK. I had to get the hair dryer out and warm the cork, then press it down so it would stick. So this additional step took some time. To me it was worth a little extra effort, but maybe that would be a negative for some.

Looks Great, But Edges Are Fragile
I love this for lining my bathroom drawers—it looks great and keeps everything in place. One thing to note is that the edges can be a bit brittle, so if you’re using it on shelves with exposed edges, you may notice some chipping or wear over time. Still works really well for drawer use.

Nicer than regular contact paper
I like this, but it’s probably not for everyone:- more expensive than contact paper- it’s a little tricky to install, since the cork can crack if you fold or roll it too tightly- after installing, there are little chunks of cork to vacuum or sweep outWhat I like about it- appearance- absorbs water- cushions and dampens contact with dishes as I put them in the cupboardI measured and used scissors to cut cork for as many drawers and cabinets as I could, then installed them, one after the other. I got pretty good at it this way.The adhesive can be tricky, and the cork tends to keep its rolled shape, which requires flattening. I ensured the cork was properly positioned, then gradually pressed it into contact with the cabinet or drawer from one side to the other. It has stayed in place pretty well; only the very small pieces popped up, so I placed dishes on them & they’ve stayed pretty well.Cork probably isn’t for everyone, but I like it.

Thin material best for low impact applications
I was satisfied with this cork roll for lining the bottom of drawers. It’s thin, maybe 1/8″. It doesn’t seem like it would stand up to a lot of heavy use. For low impact applications, it’s great.

Easy to install, keeps silverware tray from sliding in drawers
I finally got annoyed enough with the silverware tray sliding around in the drawer every time I opened it to look for a solution. This cork liner was very easy to install (lined markings on the paper backing that you remove to expose the adhesive), and it has stopped the sliding — the tray stays put. Wish I had found this sooner!I remember the difficulty of installing old-style paper in drawers — you needed an extra hand or two to hold the paper straight while sticking the adhesive down, and invariably the paper would get stuck where you didn’t want it and it was a frustrating mess. This cork liner was so much easier, because it is stiff enough to not get tangled up, yet flexible enough to bend as you are tucking it into the drawer. And it looks terrific — clean and polished, and not like Grandma’s kitchen. 😉

Some of the best drawer liner usually
I’ve been using this brand and this cork liner for years, but for some reason the last two times I bought it it doesn’t stick in the drawer it curls and peels up when it does stick. It’s perfect keep your dishes safe the drawers, clean cork does have antibacterial properties so it’s niceI tried calling the manufacture and seller multiple times with zero response, so I just returned and got an exchange from Amazon and the second time the product was bad again finally I had a good batch and did my chores for the third time. Don’t let it sit on the shelf. If you get it use it immediately to make sure it’s good . You will be happy when it works.

Perfect for ceramic coasters.
I made ceramic coasters in pottery class. They were a bit uneven and I didn’t want them to scratch up my glass and wood tables. I cut them with a combination of x-acto knife and scissors and they cut easily. The adhesive backing stuck in place immediately. I rubbed them down using the removed paper backing and they are clearly there for life. Forget peeling them back off to adjust the position, you need to place them right the first time or you will have to slice then off with a knife and place a new piece. They don’t seem crumbly but as others have mentioned if you pick at them to try to pull the cork off then it does crumble and not hold together as a sheet. I haven’t tried them in my Sizzix Big Shot yet. I only had the thin Framelits for the circle size I wanted and the cork is thicker than my Framelits. I expect to have some fun with the thicker Bigz dies though.

This product is as it claims, but BE CAREFUL. DO NOT stick to wallpaper or colored walls, it will rip the wallpaper and chip the paint off of the walls . If I has known this I wouldnt have bought it. However, with all that being said, it sticks well and its cork.

This product is excellent. The backing has a measured grid to help you easily cut to your required size. Once removing the backing, the adhesive is tacky enough to hold well but releases easy enough to reposition. I was applying to a metal drawer so that may help. I would think a laminate shelf would release as easily.
