wakes me up
I really like this acupressure foot mat. I find it kind of energizing to stand on when I’m tired…not sure if it’s because it slightly hurts or what, but it is relaxing to the feet and wakes me up. The mat is thin with a silicone material that is flexible and easy to tuck away when not in use. The nodes at the top are firm. I’m certainly no expert on pressure points of the foot, but I enjoy using this mat. This can be used sitting or standing.

Great for beginners, but too gentle for me
This mat is a solid choice if you are new to reflexology or acupressure. The material is decent and comfortable to stand on, and the magnetic beads are a nice touch. I have been using acupressure mats for about six months now, and I have built up a tolerance – so for me, the pressure feels way too mild. If you are looking for intense pressure, this might not be the right fit. But for beginners, it is a good starter mat.
