The sleeves are good quality and makes slipping the bands on and off really easy. I looked for similar band sleeves before but cost at least $50+ And you only get one band with it so I was so excited when I found this on Amazon.Unfortunately the actually rubber bands aren’t heavy enough and its hard to use regular ones cause the ones for these sleeves are longer in order to work. These bands are really light and probably compare to a “light” at max “medium” in a regular band kit.Can be great for light home workouts though but for someone who hits the gym regularly or is fairly strong, you won’t get much use out of it
