Nice but difficult to use
This is difficult for me to stretch but I will try to built up to the 25 # resistance. Seniors need to start easier.

Unsafe Product
I bought this product. Resistance level is 25 Ibs. Durability is extremely poor. Be careful with this product, as it cuts apart while being used. It can be very dangerous when it splits apart. The seller needs to remove this product from the Amazon sale roster for safety reasons. The safety of this product has not been tested thoroughly. Good luck if you buy this product.

Not as advertised
It definitely doesn’t stretch as much as the add shows. I’m 35 good health and this was pretty tough. Not impossible but not with ease like the add shows. Will likely order a different brand to be able to do more reps.
