Good but very soft
The roller was a lot softer than expected and lost it’s shape by three months. We will be ordering another brand to replace it soon. This would be great for people looking for a very soft roller.

It’s not the same quality as it used to be.
This was the second Gaiam foam roller we have purchased and it did not even last over a month. My husband used it to roll his shoulders only and the roller started to lose the firmness and dented in the middle within a month. The first one we purchased a few years ago at least lasted a year, but the second one’s quality wasn’t the same and didn’t hold up to its name. Very disappointed.

Foam shrank – don’t buy the base foam model
It was already a little deformed out of the box. But it just gets worse and worse. It’s used like a once a month and was purchased Sep 2023. It’s stored in the house which is climate controlled.

Had to throw away after one use
I bought this to replace one from Gaiam that I had had for many years. On its first use, to roll my thigh for relief of knee pain, the roller was permanently crushed and dented to that it could no longer be used. Unfortunately, this was after the 30-day return period so it went in the trash. Obviously not the same quality material that they used to be made from.

Product material is poor quality.
The shape of a foam roller is a cylinder with a circular cross-section. It began that way, but after light use over one month, its cross-section is squashed into a permanent oval. I’m not a heavy person and I haven’t used it every day. The foam roller is already no longer effective.
