Great Jump Rope
The jump rope is thick and weighted, but not heavy, which makes the workout has a solid feeling. No longer struggling with the tangled rope with the resist-twisting rope. The adjustment is an issue
Once you adjust it to make it shorter you can’t make it longer. Im very disappointed and the handle is not the most comfortable. I want to return it

Good quality, but rope doesn’t straighten over time
This is a nice looking jump rope with quality handles, and having ball bearings in the handle means it’s a little easier to swing the rope since there’s less friction at the handles. We like the color, and it’s great how lightweight these are.The light weight comes at a cost though: we don’t love the rope material. The PVC is kind of stiff and plasticky and has stayed coiled even after two weeks. Maybe it works if you swing these fast, but we’re not at that level, so it doesn’t work well for us, see picture.

When I realized that the act of jumping had gotten hard, I found these in the nick of time.
This is not quite what I thought it was. This is a speed and fitness rope. The last time I had a jump rope, it was one of those old recess/playground ropes with the skinny colorful plastic tubes on it. This rope is much lighter than that and spins much faster. But, it isn’t as light as an actual rope or cord is.So, I had to adjust to this. I found the jump rope section (rabbit hole) of YouTube and found a couple of really fun videos.I’ve only done two videos a couple of times, but it all came back to me. And, you do work up a sweat – even jumping as slowly as I have been jumping. But, I’ve already gotten better in about ten days.These feel more goal-oriented than the old colorful plastic tube ropes, which were about fun on the playground. And, these don’t have that loud sound, these are quiet. There’s a comfort grip to these, which is nice.I haven’t used these outside. The rubber or plastic of this rope feels solid, but I imagine you’d be able to tell that it had been used on concrete after awhile if used outside.I recommend.
