Great vitamins
I really love these vitamins. No headaches or belly pain. I only take 1 a day instead of 2. I can’t wait to order more when I am done. The quality is great as well and it doesn’t have a taste.

Solid, easy to take prenatal with a good overall formula
I am not pregnant, but I wanted a multivitamin with a more substantial nutrient profile, and this one has been a good find. The formula is well rounded, with iron, folic acid, DHA, and other supportive vitamins and minerals that make it feel more complete than a basic daily vitamin. The softgels are small and easy to swallow. They have no noticeable smell or flavor, which makes them much easier to take consistently. I have not had any side effects with these, and they have felt gentle on my stomach.I have noticed steady support with general wellness and focus, and my hair seems a little shinier as well. The only minor issue is that the softgels do stick together somewhat in the bottle, but a quick shake separates them easily. For the price, this feels like a very good value for a one month supply.Pros• Small softgels• No smell or flavor• Gentle with no side effects• Well rounded formula with DHA, iron, and folic acid• Good value for a one month supply• Easy to take consistentlyCons• Softgels can stick together in the bottleBottom lineThis is a solid, affordable prenatal with a thoughtful formula and easy-to-take softgels. It is especially well suited for pregnant women, but it also works well for women who want a more robust multivitamin.

Contains important nutrients
I ordered these prenatal vitamins for my niece who is staying with me during her pregnancy. I’ve found these prenatal vitamins to be a good over-the-counter option compared to other prenatal vitamins. They include key nutrients like DHA, iron, and folic acid, which are important during preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum. The pills are odorless and do not have a bad taste or aftertaste. It’s great that these come in softgel form. There is no getting around that these are big pills but they seem to go down a bit easier for my niece are seem to be gentler on her stomach than other prenatal vitamins she has tried. She had major issues with nausea and vomiting with other brands but she is not having that problem so far with these. They have not made her feel sick at all and her energy has remained good. This makes a huge difference as she has been much more compliant with actually taking her vitamins than she used to be when she was getting so nauseous. We see as a major win as we want the best for her and her baby.I like that these are made in the USA in a facility that files quality standards. It gives me more confidence and trust in them.Overall, these seem like a good prenatal vitamin that hits all the key nutrients that she is supposed to have. If you’ve struggled with stomach sensitivity or nausea from other prenatals, these may be a good option to consider.

Simple Formula That Covers the Basics
I know these are marketed as prenatal vitamins, but I am a man and have been taking the Built by Nature prenatal vitamins, and they have worked well for me.The ingredient list hits the core essentials like DHA, iron, and folic acid, without loading it up with a bunch of extras I do not feel like I need. It lines up well with what my doctor recommended, which is why I gave it a shot in the first place. The softgels are easy to take. There is a very mild smell, nothing strong or off putting, and the taste is pretty neutral going down. I did not have any aftertaste or stomach issues. With 60 softgels in the bottle, it feels like a good value for the money, especially for something that covers the basics this well. If you are looking for a straightforward vitamin without a lot of unnecessary add ons, this has been a solid option for me.

Great Multi-vitamin
I appreciate a supplement that’s thoughtfully formulated, and this prenatal vitamin surprised me with how useful it is for women in any stage of life. The blend of iron, DHA, and folic acid offers steady, foundational support that feels especially helpful for energy and overall wellness. I like that the softgels are easy to swallow and gentler on my stomach than traditional multivitamins. The formula feels clean and intentional, and I appreciate that it’s non‑GMO, gluten‑free, and produced in a facility with strict quality standards. While it’s designed for preconception and pregnancy, the nutrient profile works beautifully for women who simply want comprehensive daily support. The DHA is a welcome addition for cognitive health, and the iron helps maintain healthy red blood cell function as we age. I also love that it includes folic acid, which is beneficial far beyond pregnancy. The once‑daily format makes it simple to stay consistent without adding clutter to my routine. It’s a great option for women who want high‑quality nutrients without paying premium prices.
