Versatility
This hybrid kettle bell is a little different and more interesting than what you can surmise from the product description. Its shape is more flat than ball-shaped, which means it is wider than a normal 20 pound bell. It’s a plastic outer shell filled with heavy material, but doesn’t feel cheap and seems very sturdy and well made. With that said, I find it very well balanced and the dual grips are a perfect fit for average sized hands like mine. Normal core exercises are actually fun to do, due to how well balanced this thing is, but more fundamental exercises like classic kettlebell swings forced me to adjust my foot stance to accommodate the wider profile, but I don’t find that it’s a problem. Overall, I highly recommend this product for those looking to get into kettlebell training because this guy gives you a little bit more control. I hope this review helps. I’m glad I purchased it.

Love the different grip options
Good quality and I love the different grip options. I think for the money I paid it was a good investment and it does what I need it to do especially when trying to do over head exercises for arms. It isn’t awkward to hold and makes those types of exercises much easier to do.

I bought this for my wife to use. The Kettle Bell has leaked sand from the bottom since day one.You can see it all over her yoga mat. I contacted the seller several times over this issue and they continue to avoid me.I will be reaching out to Amazon to have the issue resolved.
