Good value…but missing the mark in some areas
This ring is a beautiful design and comfortable to wear. I was disappointed that it doesn’t measure my blood pressure, as other models do. Also, the charging cable connects to the actual ring, and not the box the ring comes in. You need a separate cord if you want to use the box as a charging dock. Lastly, the instructions are nearly impossible to read or scan the URL Code.

Small but powerful — love it!!I’ve been using this smart ring for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed. It’s light, comfortable, and doesn’t get in the way during daily activities. The health tracking features work surprisingly well, especially heart rate and sleep monitoring. I also like how easy it is to connect with the app. For under $60, this ring does way more than I expected. Definitely recommend it if you want something simple and stylish to track your health!

This smart ring is super easy to use! It fits comfortably and looks like regular jewelry, but it’s packed with powerful features. It accurately tracks heart rate and sleep, the battery lasts a long time, and you don’t even need to take it off when showering. Very satisfied!

Doesn’t automatically track most things
First, I really like to look off this ring and it comes with a charging case and cord. But the looks can only take it so far. I have not found a way to set it to automatically take measurements other than heart rate. For me I want it to keep track of everything at certain intervals. For the most part, it appears to be fairly accurate when compared to other devices but not close on stress or sleep score, which is a big thing for me. I guess it’s OK for the price but I expected better

Don’t buy this ring
I regret buying this ring. Is really beautiful and I got lots of compliments on it but 3 weeks after putting it on my hand it stopped recording some of the options. My exercising heart rate and my sleep absolutely will not record but everything else does. Spend more money and get a better product

Comfortable and attractive design, but results are questionable
This ring seemed a great idea for monitoring heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep performance, etc., but in practice this does not appear to be the case. The manual that comes along with this product has very little information and relies on use of the app for user information and results analysis. The main reason we got this was to monitor blood oxygen levels. I had hoped this could give a more detailed analysis of blood oxygen changes vs. using an oximeter on a finger. Unfortunately this ring only seems to give blood oxygen levels when the result is in a steady state, whereas when using an oximeter on a finger you can monitor real time data and how that is changing. The result is that I only see blood oxygen levels in the 90%+ range, which is not useful when we know it was below 90% during activity. Heart rate seemed to be a fairly accurate number.We did find that the ring held a charge for about 72 hours, depending somewhat on usage with the app. So this is a real plus. To fully charge the ring when it is below 10% power takes about 1.5 hours, another plus. The ring can be charged by setting it in the case (with USB) or directly charging it with the supplied cable.We also looked at the ring and how it recorded sleep data. We have a Sleep Number bed which will record information on sleep performance including HRV and HR. In both of these cases, the results from the Sleep Number bed were 20-25% higher than reported by the ring. I tend to believe the values from the ring are off, but as with any products it can be difficult to know which source’s data is the most accurate.The ring also purports to measure stress level. We have to question that information because it recorded a low stress level even during a breathing spasm. Nevertheless the ring does have its good points. The ring is more comfortable to wear than a watch. It appears to be fine after washing my hands with the ring in place. I also believe that this product can be an indicator of performance when used regularly. Although I question the accuracy of many of the readings, the results might still be applicable to look for general trends while sleeping or excercising. If you want more accurate results, I think more targeted products would be a better choice.
