Lightweight pedal resistance band set for light workouts and travel
When I first opened this pedal resistance band set, I didn’t have high hopes, but it actually surprised me. It’s so lightweight and the materials remind me of a child’s toy with the soft foam and plastic foot straps. This made me a bit hesitant since I questioned the durability of the bands, but it turns out to be pretty effective for light use, and would be excellent for travel.I’m using it mainly for working my arms and shoulders, and I can feel the burn. I’m 5’7” tall, and I stretch it to where my arms are straight in from of me, or pull it up to my chest. The foam foot pads are very comfortable under my feet and the foam handles are comfortable and easy to grip. The downside for this product is that I don’t see a way to adjust the tension of the bands if you want them tighter for more resistance. I tried rotating the handle to twist the bands, thinking that might add more tension, but I didn’t feel a difference. No instructions are included, but use is pretty straightforward. For simple, light resistance exercises for beginners, rehab, seniors, or desk workouts at a low price, this would work fine, though the durability over time is questionable.

Versatile Resistance Bands for Full Body Home Workouts
I recently added the Multifunction Fitness 6-Tubes Pedal Resistance Bands to my home workout setup, and they’ve quickly become one of my goto pieces of equipment. The set feels high quality and sturdy, and the multiple tube design provides adjustable resistance that works well for different fitness levels.I’ve used them for everything from squats and bicep curls to ab exercises and assisted pull-ups. The handles are comfortable and non-slip, and the pedal attachment makes lower-body moves feel stable and controlled. They’re lightweight and easy to store, so they don’t take up much space.Pros:• Great for full-body workouts (arms, legs, abs)• Adjustable resistance with 6 tubes• Comfortable, non-slip handles• Works well for pull-up assistance• Compact and portable for home or travelCons:• Bands take some getting used to if you’re new to resistance training• Rubber bands can snap if overstretched• Not as heavy-duty as fixed-plate gym machinesFinal Thoughts:These resistance bands are a great value if you want a flexible workout tool for strength, toning, and core exercises at home. They offer plenty of resistance options and are easy to incorporate into routines. Solid choice for beginners to intermediate users!

Can’t Wear your Shoes
These pedal resistance bands seem like a decent idea and the overall quality is okay, but they just didn’t work for me. The main issue is that you really can’t wear shoes while using them as the foot holes are too small to accommodate a shoe, and since I always work out in shoes, that was a deal breaker. If you prefer barefoot or sock workouts, these might be a better fit for you—but for me, it ended up being a non-starter.

Secure footing, resistance varies based on how you are using it
I’ve used a variety of resistance bands, but wanted to give this one a try due to the foot pedal option. Securing most bands with my feet normally scares me because I’ve had one slip before, but this one actually surprised me with how well this is assembled. The connection points are durable and I haven’t any issues with any of the tubes slipping. The pedals are very soft and doesn’t cause any discomfort.Having 6 tubes does give some extra resistence, however it’s not consistent between workouts. Standing and working my arms requires more stretching and was more effective. However doing anything at a shorter distance equalled less replacement and didn’t really give me the workout I was hoping for. While it wasn’t useful for all workouts, I do appreciate the comfort, grip, and how secure the tubes are, especially for the price point.

A GREAT AFFORDABLE EXERCISE TOOL TO STAY FIT
This affordable resistance band device is surprisingly good. It is very lightweight at about only 6 ounces. It has soft but firm handholds and foot supports. Using both hands and feet along with different postures allows for varied exercises for the whole body. It is very portable and makes exercise wherever and whenever easy.We use it when working on the internet or watching TV instead of just sitting. It is surprising how many different exercises we find are possible with such a simple tool. Our short video is attached.

Portable but sturdy
I ordered this to help me with my fitness goals. This was something I thought could help me with resistance for my sit ups. This is a sturdy sit up strap. This measures one foot in resistant bands and is very easy to use. This is a good quality and I have no doubt this will last a long time. I feel the resistance when I am doing my sit ups. I would definitely buy this again.

Basic Home Workout
While I wanted to like this product, it was ok. It is an easy workout from home if you want one. The foot grips don’t stay in one place. You will have to only be wearing socks while using this to workout. A shoe does not fit in the foot hole. It is good for a resistance workout if you want to work on your biceps or even triceps. The bands themselves seem to be sturdy and can hold quite a pull. However, I would want something a little more sturdy. For a quick, cheap, workout at home, this might be your solution though.
