Comfy to use, Love the color and carrying bag.
I love the color of these and they aren’t too tight or sticky to get on, they are comfortable on bare skin and don’t stick to my leggings. I think the quality is nice and and they are quite easy to use. I can also definitely tell between the different versions of stretchiness. I like the colors and the carrying bag as well.

Perfect for deepening stretches and improving alignment. It’s very sturdy, yet comfortable. Portable and great value. Highly recommend for all levels!

Suitable for big tall Men
The extra 3-1/2″ width is just right, spreading the contact area for comfort and resistance. Great strong elastic pull for men or women. But women may find this too strong. I cannot do #3 band. Too hard. I’m a 190 lb male. HOWEVER, these bands are about 2″ – 3″ too long. Better suited for tall long-legged people with wide strides. But #2 band for me is ideal. #1 band is too long so I cannot get the effect I want. If we could buy the #2 band alone.

Great product. I love the variety of resistance.
I love you. I used them for physical therapy with my hip and thigh muscles. Place them around my knees to hold them together while I sit and stand from a chair. I also use them for various exercises for my hips to help keep them in shape and moving the way they should. I’m a bigger person than naturally my knees want to go as I walk and stand. So this helps retrain my muscles and strengthen them.

Finally, resistance bands that aren’t too short
This is the only set I’ve found of fabric resistance bands that were long enough for me. I like that they are all the same size, and came in a handy mesh pouch. The resistance is great and had my muscles BURNING, and the fabric and stitching felt sturdy but also surprisingly soft. I really love these.

Good, but something to be aware of
The quality feels nice and durable. Product colors for the blue bands are misleading, though. The light and medium are very similar in color and there is no label to distinguish which is which. One of the light blue ones does have slightly more resistance, and then the darkest blue has significantly more resistance than the lighter two blue ones. As long as you’re aware and okay with that, these are great. If the uneven progression of resistance and similar colors would bother you then I would not recommend getting the blue option.
