Great resistance bands
I got these for my home workouts and they are so comfortable and durable! My workouts are much more intense with these bands in the best way possible! The different resistance levels are great for switching up your workouts for different muscles. Great buy!

Great bands. Comfortable. Comes with a bag, but no booklet on sample exercises like other products tend to send. But I do like them and the quality.

Great but…
I started out with these cheap plastic bands that were fine but always rolled up and stuck to me and were just gross. These have a nice double grip inside and can be hand washed if they get gross which we haven’t gotten to that point as I haven’t had them a month. That being said… my medium band already shows sign of wear in less than a month which is pretty depressing. I have not used the light one so I can’t say how the performance of all of them are but the heavy one has been my go to now. May reach out to retrospec to see if they can replace this one. They do come with a bag but I I don’t bother rolling them all back up to put them back in.
Very nice case was disappointed however because it is advertised as glittery and is in fact once clear. Would have returned to try to get a glittery case but I was in desperate need for a new case so kept. –

Love these! I’m still new to consistently working out, so I haven’t tried the highest resistance band, but the light and medium have been amazing. So much more comfortable than rubber resistance bands. The quality is great, these will last forever. Highly recommend!
