1, download Stafit APP and complete registration;
2, click on “Account” and find “My Devices”;
3, click on the “+” in the upper right corner, then click on the “Bluetooth” logo on the page and you will enter the searching for the smart devices.
4, click on the “Bluetooth logo” on the page and it will go to “Searching for the smart devices”. When you find “Runstar-RX”(bluetooth name of scale), click to complete the connection. At this point, please note that a connected logo will appear on the screen of the scale.

My dietician told me that (compared to here $300 scale) this scale works great and is very accurate.
When I first got my scale, I had a lot of troubleshooting to do to get it to work properly. You have to make sure that your hands and feet are moist so you should wet them with a damp washcloth and wipe the scale to make sure you get a proper connection with the gold sensors under your feet and on the handle bar. I also had to make sure that my inner thighs did not touch and my knees are slightly bent, almost as if I’m in a skiing position. It has helped me tremendously on my weight loss journey. It helps me keep track of my BMI, skeletal muscle mass, body water percentage, segmental fat analysis, minerals, protein and keeps a chart of my daily progress.

This is a great scale
So far I have been very impressed. It is nice to see more than just the weight. This scale has also helped my motivation. I have been using it for about a week and even though the weight went up a little at one time, it also showed me the muscle increased slightly but the fat came down slightly. It was easy to set up and easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone looking for more information than just your weight.

Good scale for the price
I got this scale for my husband, but I am the one who loves it the most. First, it is super easy to set up and use with the app. Also easy to use the handles and weigh yourself. My favorite thing about this product is the app you use with it. I have gone from obese, to slightly obese, to plump, to my all-time favorite thing to ever be called “plump athletic”, to an evenly balanced body, all within losing 5 pounds. I honestly am excited to weigh myself and do it every morning because I cannot wait to see what the heck this scale is going to call me; it cracks me up! The app gives you all sorts of useful info if you are tracking fat/muscle/water/protein/bone/water in pounds and percentages. There is a chart that tracks everything so you can see how well you have done for the month…Full disclosure I am just here to see what the scale says my weight is and anxiously awaiting what could come after evenly balanced body…stay tuned

Important information while getting in shape
I started using the RunStar Smart Scale over 3 months ago and am happy with it. Congruant with starting a weight-loss and strength building program, I run a complete scan with this scale just once a month. It has been great to see my progress not just in weight loss, but also muscle mass gain and multiple other elements of my well-being. I am a woman in my 60’s and let me tell you, transformation at this age takes time and dedication. This scale motivates me to keep at it, as I see results far beyond just how much I weigh.

Ich bin mit dieser RunSTAR Körperfettwaage digital mit 8 Elektroden wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Einrichtung war super einfach und die Verbindung mit der App hat sofort problemlos funktioniert. Besonders gefällt mir, dass so viele Körperwerte wie Gewicht, Körperfett, BMI und Muskelmasse angezeigt werden, sodass man einen guten Überblick über seine Fortschritte bekommt. Die Messungen wirken sehr genau und sind auch bei mehrmaligem Wiegen konstant. Das große Display ist gut ablesbar und das moderne Design passt perfekt ins Badezimmer. Auch die Qualität der Verarbeitung macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Die App ist übersichtlich gestaltet und speichert alle Daten, sodass man seine Entwicklung gut verfolgen kann.
