Very compact!
I’m very happy with this rowing machine. It’s a resistance band style machine, so you don’t have to worry about water. It folds up pretty compact, which is exactly what I was looking for! It keeps my patio very clear. It’s got very good resistance, and seems to be very sturdy. It wasn’t too hard to put together, and I’m very happy with it. Awesome, especially for the price.

The Step2 of rowing machines
It was easy to put together. Easy to use and I like that it has adjustable settings. Things that could use improvement are the “interface” of the machine. I find it likes to turn off randomly and not truly track anything longer than 2 minutes before turning off and back on. I honestly do not care about this part and just took the batteries out of it and use my phone to track. I also feel the seat is rather uncomfortable and very awkward. Even as someone who is gifted there, I find it uncomfortable for more than 30 mins at a time because it causes my cheeks to go numb. Overall, if you are just looking to try out a machine and see if you want to fully invest in the higher quality items…. go for it. If you are looking for that higher quality item with more resistance options and trackers on the machine…look somewhere else.

This CABZOON rowing machine took me about an hour for me to completely set up. I think the directions could be a little easier to read but I got through it. It has 16 adjustable levels which is great because I am a beginner. I mainly wanted to exercise on a rowing machine because it exercises so much of your body without major impact on your joints. This also takes up less floor space when it is put away then my exercise bike which I love. The LCD tracks how much time you’ve been on it, your speed, distance, calories and total distance. I use this to challenge myself to do more the next time I am on it. The stand has a little lip on it that will hold your iPhone or iPad in place so you can watch videos and the machine is quiet enough that they can be heard. The rowing machine supports up to 264lbs and does not wobble or shift while using it. It does not take up a ton of space and I can move it around if it is in my way. It has built in wheels for moving it to store. It is a good workout for me and now I do not have to worry about going to the gym. This is not going to be the expensive quality of professional gym equipment but it does work for a fraction of the price. I love being able to work out in the comfort of my home without feeling any judgement at all. I am already feeling stronger in my legs and arms from using it for several weeks. I would recommend this to anyone who feels self conscious about working out in public but wants to work out . I feel that this is also great for middle aged or older because I am careful about not doing high impact exercise and rowing feels good with my older body.

Assembly was abysmal, but the device itself is great.
So I definitely had one heck of a time getting this thing assembled. I would say that’s probably my only real gripe with this thing overall. For the price of this thing, you’d think they could spend a little bit more on better instructions for the part layout and what pieces screws need to go wear. Not to mention that the hardest thing about it ended up being a few pieces that didn’t line up properly for me. I literally had to use a hammer at times to get the screws in through their slots. I don’t plan to disassemble this thing, ever, so at least I don’t have to worry about that in the future.After it was all put together, the device itself does feel pretty premium. Everything works great, It folds up nicely. The seat glides very smoothly. The handle and row mechanics all feel fantastic to use. The tension knob didn’t seem to make a huge difference for me until I got closer to 10 but I think it was simply more of a subtle change. This thing is more for endurance, not for high intensity at the rip. I agree with another reviewer that the ipad holder is the only real thing about this that feels pretty flimsy. It’s simply plastic with some suction cups. Kind of silly honestly. I have mine down stairs so I guess I’ll just have my tv going to the side of me or something. I’m excited to use this full time now though. It’s been great for the last week or so that I’ve used it so far.
