Good Rowing Machine
This is a good purchase for the money. The assembly was easy, but it did take me a little more than 20 minutes based on some other reviews. I think if it’s two people; then, maybe the assembly could go faster. The instructions were great. It is sturdy. It’s a good machine to store in a small space. The rowing machine is pretty quiet, and it provides a very good cardio exercise. I’m happy with the machine.

I absolutely live this rowing machine! It is pretty easy to assemble. It is good quality. I like you can change the tension with just a dial. This has really helped me. I am 57 years old. I love the arm work out and I am so glad I purchased one that the arms move.

Great Starter Rower – Full Body Workout
Very happy with my purchase. I’m 60+ and I took my time putting it together as I was in no rush – probably total of 3 hrs (I had to redo the arms as I had put the R arm in the L arm socket). Anyway, once assembled, I went to YouTube to find tutorials on best way to use rowing device as I’ve never had one before. My first workout was very satisfying as I didn’t overdo it. Plan on using it 3-4 days a week. This is a good starter rower – I’ll upgrade perhaps a year from now but this will work fine for me. I have other Sunny products and they make solid quality exercise equipment at affordable prices.

Great Personal Home Rower
Arrived well packaged. Fairly easy to assemble. Some of the screws you need are IN some of the parts and not in the pack. Thought I was missing something and then aha! Once setup, I am in love. She’s fairly quiet. Good electronic tracking for this $$. Sturdy, smooth. Tension is great and adjustable. Love the arm position. It’s somewhat free form so you can slightly adjust hold, angle, etc so you can change and feel the target area in shoulder/back/arm. Great product. Put it in my office next to my desk. Hop on, hop off. It’s right there so I have NO excuses. Highly recommend!

Great machine
I love this machine! It was fairly easy to assemble. Simple design and quality construction. Doesn’t take up a lot of space. Smoothe movement. I can watch movies/programs while using, and before I know it I’ve put in. 30 minute total body workout. Only issue is that it’s making a bit of noise when in use. Maybe needs some wd40. But the noise isn’t aggravating, so I haven’t tried to fix it.

Great price. Easy to put together and is lightweight but sturdy. Resistance could be way better even with adjustments not super challenging. Takes up quite a bit of room though.

Quiet Enough to Watch TV While Rowing
Overall, I’d say it’s perfectly fine for home workouts. It’s not completely silent, but it’s quiet enough that it shouldn’t bother people in the same room or nearby, especially if you’re using it during normal daytime hours.
