Great Acupressure mat, feels great after!
This is great! You can move your feet around it and use the middle one for an extra press on the arch. It hurts at first and then starts to feel great, especially afterwards. I have the shoes with rocks sold on Amazon, which are also great but you have to walk around in those. This is very convenient. Rolls up easily for putting away or taking it with you. UPDATE: Still LOVING this mat!! Feels so great after about 15 minutes of walking around it. Run don’t walk to buy it.

Very Relaxing, Perfect for After Work
This is a very effective, affordable, and space-saving foot massage device. It works great to relieve the pain in my feet after long hours at work, but didn’t break the bank so I didn’t feel guilty picking it up. It rolls up and fits almost anywhere, so I haven’t had to worry about where to put another bulky device in my home. The wood balls are strong and durable, and feel great underneath my feet. There’s a fantastic chart that is included that shows you various areas and the way they will affect your body. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for some relaxation in their feet after long hours walking/standing/working on them- Way more effective than expected!

Worked great for my achy feet
I love to go on long hikes and often when I get back home hours later, my feet are of course sore. I have heard great things about acupressure, so of course I decided to give this mat a try. It has helped me greatly with my feet and calves and I like the firmness of the mat. It is built well, although my favorite part of the entire product is that it folds up easily. I have a smaller home so it can be difficult to find storage for large items. Overall a great product.

Excellent Wooden Foot Acupressure Mat
I stand all day on concrete and wear steel toe shoes. I ordered this because me feet are always sore. I love to come home and stand on this and me feet feel more relaxed. I leave this out so I can stop and step on it anytime especially when me feet are sore. I love that there is a foot chart included in the mat.

helps my feet and legs
I have a job where I am on my feet all day so my feet and legs are often tired and swollen by the time I get home. This mat does help reinvigorate my feet. Standing on it – especially if you weigh a lot – can be painful at first, but if you slowly work your way up to it, you get used to it. Thick socks and/or the enclosed slippers do help. I also keep it under my desk or in front of the coffee table so I can run my feet across it while I’m seated – not the same amount of pressure but it still feels good. I haven’t gotten in a good habit of doing this daily yet but when I do it does make my feet and legs feel better. I feel like it’s a little expensive for what you get but the quality of the product seems good. It’s sturdy and has held up to my weight so far. (around 225) It does roll up easily for packing in a bag. Comes with a sheet that has reflexology/accupressure points on your feet.

Terrific foot massager!
This acupressure foot mat is great. It feels amazing on your feet and I like the larger ball in the center for getting my insoles. The balls are wood and the mat is soft, so it won’t damage your floors. It folds up nicely for convenient storage. I have been using it every night while I watch tv and find it to be quite soothing. I was a bit skeptical when I ordered it, because I have tons of massage tools that I never really use. I will definitely continue to use this. The price seems fair based on the build quality and utility. Oh – and it comes with a set of slide-on foot covers to keep sweat of the wooden balls.

I’m up in age and when I go for long walks; my feet tend to get cramps. Toes twisted and the instep of my feet is tender. Military gave me flat feet.I bought this because I am into alternative medicine and have shoes similar to this. I placed this right at the feet of my recliner so when I get up, I can stand, meditate and move on. I like the natural feel and look. The patterns are pretty cool.I love that it came with a foot chart.
