Great for hard to hold spots and after workouts or long days at work!
After standing and filling prescriptions all day, my back, shoulders and legs are so tired..this works wonders! It is nice to be able to strap it to my leg if needed. It is also so good after mowing my yard or multiple hours of playing tennis, the deep vibrations help my muscles to relax fast! You can actually feel your muscles loosening up without doing much. Love how simple it is. The deep tissue vibration technology of this tool helps relieve painful muscles to provide users with daily relaxation besides workout recovery use. Convenient, hands free massage for waist and belly
This massager is really convenient because I can wear it around my waist or belly and still move around while using it. I like having that steady vibrating massage going in the background while I’m doing things at home.It didn’t feel like it helped much with “burning fat,” but it does give a good tissue massage. For me, it actually seemed more helpful for things like general muscle relief and even helping a bit with bowel movement, so I could see it being useful if you deal with constipation sometimes.I also like the design. It’s hollow in the middle, so you can use it with the waistband, but it’s also easy to hold in your hand for more focused spots like your arms or neck. There are different vibration strengths and patterns, and I did notice my skin can get itchy and irritated if I start on the highest setting right away. It worked a lot better for me to start low and slowly increase.Overall, it’s a fun little massager that’s easy to use, especially when you just wear it over your belly or waist and kind of forget it’s there while you walk around the house. The build quality feels solid, and the battery life has been good enough that I don’t feel like I’m charging it all the time.

Decent massage gun
This massage gun does a decent job at loosening tight muscles and providing some relief after workouts or days where I do too much and my back or shoulders hurt. It’s pretty straightforward to use and the adjustable levels are handy for finding a comfortable intensity. The battery life so far seems good enough for two or three uses for me.It’s lightweight, good size and easy to handle, which makes it convenient for home use or even taking on the go. Not a professional-level deep tissue experience where it’s really powerful, but good for everyday tension and muscle soreness. The price tag is comparable for what it does.

Disapointing
A solid C minus. Strap is very poorly designed and very difficult to use. Can’t really get this to strap on to your body easily or by yourself. The vibration quality is pretty weak. I am trying this on my arms and legs as recovery from intense workouts and it’s doing almost nothing. I’ll go back to my massage gun and just hold it in place. The quality of this seems ok and the controls are easy to use but for real recovery, this does not work well. I would not get again.

Best 20 Bucks You’ll Ever Spend!
I have been looking for a massager for my lower back & for my husband’s shoulder for a while. We’ve tried a few & they just didn’t cut it. I saw the interesting shape of this massager & it sort of called to me lol. But the extremely good price gave me doubts about quality. Let’s face it… the saying “You get what you pay for.” is usually true. But NOT in this case! This arrived yesterday & I’m in love! The unique shape is genius. It makes it very easy to target the muscle groups that you’re trying to work. It’s very easy to hold where you want it, lean back against it, OR use the included strap & wear it around! I’m not sharing pics of my big booty, but I spent an hour today getting things done around my house while wearing this massager against my lower back. The strap held it right where I needed it. This thing has power! The battery charges quickly & holds a charge for a VERY long time. I’m actually ordering another one for my husband, so we don’t have to share!
