I bought this water bottle because I’m pregnant and the doctor recommended that I drink a lot of water since I have problems doing so, so I bought this bottle that really helps me with my day-to-day life, since it has the hours marked with motivational phrases, that encourages me to drink it all, it’s very easy to disassemble to wash it.

Almost 3 Liters..
Very nice water bottle. My doc said I need to drink 3 liters of water a day. This was an easy way for me to keep track. Out of curiosity, I very accurately measured the volume of the bottle and it was 2960ml (3000ml=3liters). And, that was filled to the top of the spout. Not a big deal.

I like the bottle. Good handle for carrying. But it isn’t 3L, maybe 2950 if you really fill to the cap.

Big but Convenient
I bought this heavy-duty water bottle for a person who is prone to kidney stones and should drink 100 oz. of water per day…the bottle is easy to use because it is made with a handle, and the markings indicate how far along you should be with your drinking throughout the day. The screw-on top is very secure. I got exactly what I was hoping for.

During the summer, and really anytime, staying hydrated is pretty key. This makes it more fun by have motivational time and reminders on the side to keep you focused and on target. Having used these before, this particular design turned out to be much easier to transport given its shape – nice and uniform and more height that width. Has the fun novelty of being akin to a giant office cooler bottle, and most importantly it’s made of bpa free material. So far it’s been used quite a bit in the last few weeks and has really held up, handle sturdy and no leaking.
