Helped with recovery from knee surgery
I am in my 60’s, have had 3 knee surgeries and a full knee replacement about 1 year ago, and have needed exercises to help regain mobility and strength in my knee due to tissue scarring caused by surgery over the years. I also have painful fibromyalgia, and I have been looking for inexpensive equipment that can be easily stored away when not in use, is low impact, but gives me the exercise I need. I read the reviews for this treadmill pad and decided to give it a try.Setup was easy, all that I needed to do was screw in the foot pads and plug in the power cord. I connected the power cord to an extension cord since it did not reach the electric outlet and turned the power on. When I turned my TV on, I saw a message displayed asking if I would like to connect to the treadmill. I did select Connect and a display of the LED readout was on my TV screen. There is an option to view workout videos which directed me to another screen. From there I signed into my Google account which displayed various workout videos which I believe may be posted on YouTube. In my opinion, I enjoy walking to one of these videos much more than watching a movie or television program. If I need to pause the workout, I quickly press Pause on the walking pad remote twice, and it slowly stops. When I am ready to resume, I press Start and it begins again. When I need to pause or stop the workout videos, I use the TV remote. The speed settings are 1-4 mph, I started out on a slow setting of 1, and gradually have increased the speed to where I can handle it. I have used it for only a few days, but already feel better and my energy level has increased. While using the treadmill pad, I wear a knee compression sleeve and I have not experienced any pain in my knees. I still have a mobility walker that I used after my knee surgery, which fits over the treadmill pad. I hold onto it for stability so I don’t worry about sliding off. The treadmill pad slides right underneath my bed when not in use. Overall, I am very pleased with this product, and recommend it to anyone who doesn’t have the space for a large treadmill but wants indoor walking exercise.

    Nice treadmill.
Purchased this to make myself get some extra exercise. Nice little treadmill. Works great. Would be nice to be able to take the handle down without unscrewing it from the unit but I just leave the screws out and pull the handle up, lay it on top and the whole thing fits under the bed. It’s relatively quiet. You can adjust the speed with a hand held controller. It keeps track of speed, distance, and calories burned. You do have to adjust the incline by hand, but I put it where I am comfortable and leave it there. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a relatively inexpensive way to get your extra walking/running in.

    Not for seniors
I really like this except for the fact that the bar is very wobbly, and I have a few new medical issues so I kind of scared to use it, but I may superglue it in place so it doesn’t move back-and-forth, but I like that it’s compact and easy use. Just thought I would warn people about it being wobbly.

Get it! You need this. 😉
I didn’t expect a walking pad to become my favorite postpartum purchase, but here we are. After giving birth, finding time (and energy) to exercise felt nearly impossible with everything going on at home. This walking pad has been a game changer. I can easily sneak in steps at night when the kids are finally asleep, without leaving the house or committing to a full workout. It’s compact enough to slide right under our couch when I’m done, which is huge for saving space. The speed range is perfect for gentle postpartum movement, and it’s quiet enough that I don’t worry about waking anyone up while I use it.If you’re a busy parent looking for a realistic way to move your body again, this has been such a worthwhile addition to our home.

    Great little walking treadmill
My family and I are happy with this walking treadmill. We wanted something that didn’t take up too much space and would allow us to get our steps in when the weather didn’t permit. We really like the size and that we can hide it under a couch when not in use. It also comes with a remote which is nice. For a little treadmill, it is surprisingly fast. It is not the quietest treadmill, but it also is not super loaf either. I can’t say enough about it. I’m happy with this purchase and advise those on the fence to get one. You won’t regret it.

    The honest user feedback…
The product is ok. Had received in plug and play condition. Works what it says. Its kind of small for me at first with having my height of 5 feet and 7 inches. After several trial run I have adapted with the machine length. After having a total of 5 hours of running intervals three days there is lots of black powder beside the roller and conveyor belt option at the back position. Kinomap can connect with machine but can’t get any further information hence useless. Again informing : “The app is not compatible”. Thats everything that I can tell.3 months update: returned it as the belt has worn out.

    Excellent treadmill for the price.
Item arrived on time as advertised. I am suprised at the superior quality of this treadmill in this price range. It was easy to set up, the directions were clear and concise. I had to adjust the belt twice before it stayed straight, but that is to be expected. So far, so good. I have used it for almost 2 weeks now and it has performed flawlessly.

Its ok but skips and we almost fall
Goes up to 5 and manual inclines. A little on the heavy side but doesnt take up too much space. Great for short people bc the belt is short too. the belt jams and skips while walking and we have to catch ourselves from falling. Frustrating. feels like a hazard at times . Even tho I have a chance to return it, Amazon wont let me finish out the return. Kicks me out back to shopping.
