Spray really helps
I spray it on my feet after a day of practice before bed. I seem to relax and fall asleep easier. My husband sprayed it on his elbow and wrist and said he didnt feel soreness the next day. Works for us.

Don’t waste your money
0 stars if I could- read the ingredients label upon receiving and am livid tbh. Tell me why magnesium is the LAST listed ingredient in the list and why filler oils stating with: mineral oil, jojoba, hydrogenated castor and SEED OILS are in this???? Unnecessary and complete BS. Can’t even return it due to the policy.

Good Product
Product does help to relieve sore muscles and does relax me before bed. The only issue is that I wish it would keep me asleep throughout the night.

Drys put feet big time
This DETROYED my feet. Made them super dry. Need a pedicure now because using a pumice stone isn’t cutting it
