I spray a couple of spritzes on my feet before bed and I do really feel the calming effect. This helps me stay asleep or quickly fall back asleep if I wake up. I do feel more relaxed when I use it.

Product works very well for leg cramps however, you will get sleepy and it leaves a residue.
This product works very well for quick relief of leg cramps. I use it frequently at night when I have leg cramps. I do have to usually use a bit more than the product calls for, but I spray it in my hand and rub it on the location that is cramping. Works well however it does leave a residue on your hands and if you get it on your sheets, you can see it for a while. I have bought this multiple times due to how well it works. It is best used at night as it has made me very sleepy after using it

The skin looks more hydrated.
I had never heard of this before, and—wow—I’m surprised by how good it is for the skin. Apply it after washing and thoroughly drying your face. If it’s your first time using it, I recommend mixing it with a little water; later on, you can apply it directly. It leaves my skin feeling super soft and hydrated all day long; my skin absorbs it really well. My face feels much more hydrated.

Interesting Product
I am giving this 4 stars because I didn’t notice anything different sleeping and it feels a little tacky on my feet. I spray this on and then put on socks but didn’t personally feel a difference – it might be that I take other suppliments.
