Great walking pad – Instructions could use improvement
I’ve only used this product twice so far, but my initial impression is very positive. It works well, feels sturdy, and doesn’t seem to put much strain on the knees.That said, the instructions were extremely poor. They mention using lubricant, but none was included. Proper lubrication is important for the longevity of a walking pad, so you’ll likely need to purchase that separately to avoid issues over time.

Horrible Pad
I used the walking pad for the first time today. Got it on the 23rd of this month. After it stated it was lubricated before buy and I had to align my belt, I experienced a malfunction where the belt started loosening while I was walking. I was covering a 3.2-mile distance, and by God’s grace, I was able to catch myself. But the second time, my family ran in because I almost lost control. I had to hop off while it was still going, which was really dangerous. I am hurt that this pad even exists from this company. I have a heart murmur, and my heart rate was through the roof. As I sit here very upset, I should have sent it back when the screws were missing, but no, I just purchased screws through Amazon with their help. The instructions were shameful. I just tried to enjoy it, but I didn’t know this was going to happen. I’m grateful it wasn’t worse than it could have been. Never again!

It’s decent enough.
I like that it’s compact, light weight, and has wheels for easy moving. I turned it on and walked on it for an about 3 mins and seems alright so far. I only turned it up to 3mph and it felt sturdy and didn’t seem too loud while running. I got everything it said it came with except the lube. Easy to put together but I will say surprisingly the hardest part was putting the phone holder on. The screws were already in but are cheap like the tool and keep getting stuck when I was trying to take them out. They also stripped a bit. It put up a fight for me but I eventually got the phone holder on. I gave it 4 stars because I wish the handle bar locked in place while it’s folded up and you could use it to move it around. I left the incline feet just a tad loose so they can be flat when not in use. I wish there was a compartment for the cord, remote, and the extra incline feet when not in use and I wish the cord was longer. You’ll most likely need an extension cord of some kind. If you have a long stride this might not be suitable for you. For the price I’m pleasantly surprised.

Sleek, compact, quiet and worth the price
Absolutely LOVE THIS WALKING PAD. I love the incline for a good workout and I pair with ankle weights. I did have one piece missing the fixied knob. I reached out to the seller and hopefully they will send me the second one. Other than that it’s perfect!!!

Walking pad does not work.
Power switch lights up, but display screen will not illuminate and treadmill will not start. Box said 24/7 customer service, but only way to contact them is via an email. Emailed them 5 days ago and still no response. Trying to return through amazon. amazon said seller would send mailing label, seller is questioning what is wrong with item and says they may not send return label, may give refund and we keep item. What am I going to do with a broken walking pad, how am I going to get rid of it. What a pain.

Don’t expect to go full on run and do not order if you are tall!
I would give it 5 stars but I keep walking off it when I try to extend my stride. Otherwise, the ease of set up and use is great! If you want a real workout buy a bigger treadmill. This one is made for walking for sure. The size is perfect for easy moving around, rolls pretty well. The speed is perfect for fast walks or just a nice mellow walk. Seems to be made for short people so just right for me.

WASTE OF MONEY
This walking pad is dangerous! Each time I increase the speed my foot gets caught on the sides. Don’t waste your money I want to return this product as soon as possible I am extremely disappointed I want to return this product as soon as possible I am extremely disappointed
