Great quality, great details for your sore feet
This is a large floor mat with numerous bumps on it. It has a trough in the middle and comes with two massage balls that you place in the middle. It also comes with its own carrying/storage bag.I thought I would give this a try, not thinking very much it would do anything. This is a great massage for your feet, even when you have no foot pain. The mat itself is good quality made of durable silicone allowing it to stick to carpet and hardwood floors, so you don’t have to worry about it slipping while using it. It’s also easy to roll up and place in the bag. Most of the bumps on the mat are molded into the silicone, with some bumps have an internal metal ball. They all feel very good on the feet, not painful or spikey like other acupuncture mats even with your full weight on them. A great feature is the tray in the middle to place the balls in. It allows you to roll your foot on them back and forth which is GREAT after wearing heels all day. The balls are very hard, they are NOT cushioned, giving great massage when you really press on them. The tray is secure and the balls stay in without rolling off to the side.Highly recommend this mat! I have it out all the time and just like to rub my feet on them when I’m sitting on the couch or just walk on it when I’m walking to the kitchen.

A nightly ritual for my tired feet
I started using this purple acupressure mat last Tuesday after my long shifts, and it’s been a total relief. The quality of the silicone is excellent—it’s firm enough to hit the pressure points but has enough “give” that it doesn’t hurt. Ease of use is a big plus; I just drop it on the floor while I’m brushing my teeth or watching TV.I’m a fan of the ingredients like the integrated magnets, which seem to help with circulation. The longevity of the mat is impressive as it’s easy to wash and doesn’t trap odors. My energy level feels much better after a quick 10-minute session. It wasn’t as soft as described; there was no pressure under my feet when I stepped on it, and I didn’t like it. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I have something similar for my body. But this is good to have so I can keep under my bed and pull it out before I go to sleep. But I do have to say that it really smelled chemically when I first got it. I had to keep it outside for a few days before I could stand to have it in the house. There is an odd pleasure of using it. I wouldn’t start out using it barefoot or even standing on it. Ease into using it. There will be initial pain but then your feet adjust to it. But make sure to listen your body and stop using if it hurts too much.It does come with a nice bag to keep it in for portability.

I didn’t expect to enjoy this mat as much as I do. I’m on my feet a lot, and this has become part of my evening routine. Fold-able mat
The extra large foot massage mat comes with a very nice carrying bag.The mat itself is a thick silicone. It lies flat and can be use in the shower or just on the floor.It feels good, but can be a little sharp for my feet. I can adjust the pressure a bit, so I think it will just take a while to get comfortable.My entire family can use this.

This generously sized thick silicone foot reflexology mat is a real treat and a unique product that could also be a thoughtful gift.I keep it flat under my bed, but it does have a mesh case that you can roll it up and keep in. I stand on it as I watch TV sometimes or I put it on top of my shake plate, but I love the idea someone noted to use it in your shower. I’m gonna try that! The foot roller balls are a welcome treat for your feet. Do look on the order page for use details as they give you a lot of ideas since instructions do not come with the mat.
