How to work
Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying pressure to the feet, hand, and ears. In Chinese medicine, different body parts correspond with different pressure points on the feet. Applying pressure to these foot acupoints offers a range of health benefits.

Suggestions:
When you first start wearing these foot massage slippers, you may experience a lot of pain. Because the massage knobs are stretching the tense plantar muscles. Please add socks and wear 3-5 minutes a time to start, it will take 1-2 weeks to get used to it gradually.

Amazing foot massage sandals – instant relief!
These acupressure sandals are incredible! At first they feel a bit intense, but after a few minutes your feet start to relax and it actually feels amazing. I’ve noticed less tension and better circulation after using them regularly. The quality is solid and they fit comfortably. Great for anyone who spends long hours standing or walking. Definitely worth it!

Great for educational purposes, not wearing
I love the idea of these because it is very educational for learning reflexology and what areas of the foot are connected to which body part. Actually wearing them is another story. While you can adjust the top part of the shoe to fit your foot size, once you do place your foot in and walk on it, the little plastic things are not comfortable under your feet. I really couldn’t wear long enough to decide if they actually helped me with any body part. I do find these very educational though and could see someone using these to train others on reflexology. I liked the other tool provided and roll on my foot when tire.

Intense & Interesting Foot Acupressure
Gcoujrl Acupressure Sandals. I have fat pad loss in my heels so I’m always looking for something to try. I wear size 8.5 women’s and I was between sizes M and L so I ordered Large. The sandal strap is adjustable and I might have been able to wear a Medium. There were no directions so looked at the product page. They recommend to start wearing them 3-5 minutes with socks and allow a few weeks to gradually adjust to the sandals. I started with socks and sitting in a chair. I removed the last 2 springs nodes from each sandal because it was hurting my heels. Then I walked around and it was pretty intense and baby steps were better for me. I walked around for a minute and took them off. The bottom of my feet felt refreshed after taking off the sandals. I’m wearing these a few days a week for 1 minute and maybe I will increase my time.4-27-25

Could be good but….
There are no instructions so I am not exactly sure how to use these. I read the detailed description on the amazon page and all it says is rotating node design. Not sure what that means but I think it means leave in the nodes only where you want to concentrate based on the reflexology foot chart. It is very painful to walk on them with all of the nodes in there. But they did say only use it for 3-5 minutes and increase as you get used to it. Again, not sure if all the nodes stay in. So I’m trying it with all the nodes and if after a couple of days I still can’t bear it , I will begin eliminating nodes. Correct? Who knows. I would love to have an instruction guide for these. 3 stars because there is no guide.

An interesting set of slippers especially for Plantar sufferers
[This is a review of “Acupressure Sandals,Acupressure Foot Massager with Anti-Slip Sole,Plantar Fasciitis Relief with Imitate Person Rotation Finger Pressure (Black, XL-Men(9-10.5))As a vine reviewer, I am pledging not to be compensated or influenced by the vendor; I state my opinions based on my personal experience without any bias or pressure]if you are suffering from problems with your feet, especially pain in the heel, caused by a variety of conditions such as plantar fasciitis or other similar ailments, your doctor may recommend a good insole. Or an arched slipper. The heel does matter matter a lot. Here comes an interesting idea of a slipper with specific acupuncture points that are clearly marked on the sandal that has Velcro top and rubber soles. These are therapeutic and not for real walking. Treat these as something you walk for a few mins and then stop.Along with the slippers is a regular foot roller (8″ long ) , which is actually better made and sturdy. The whole package may be a good option for people needing some relief from Plantar as this reviewer is.I liked the look and feel of the slippers for the novelty value more than anything else.On the whole, giving some extra credit for the good looks, this idea is a 4* one.

A good tool for treating foot pain
The jury is still out on these sandals for me. I have tried them and so far they are just uncomfortable enough for me to notice that I’m wearing them, but not enough for me to NOT wear them. I’m not yet sure if they’ve helped my foot issues, but I do know they haven’t made my foot pain worse, so that’s a plus. The feature that really puts this at five stars, though, is the foam roller. It’s the perfect tool for me to use for my foot pain and I definitely think it’s been helping as I try to recover. The two in combination will probably be the ticket to relieving my issues, so I recommend at least trying these if you have foot pain.

Accupressure sandals – comes with foot roller
I’m not quite sure if these are helpful or doing anything, so it can be challenging to review, but will review what I do know. The size chart seemed accurate, though they run slightly large. They aren’t very comfortable, but in a kind of “no pain, no gain” kind of way. Like, if they were super comfortable, I’d wonder if they were doing anything. You can definitely feel the sandals are putting pressure on various areas of the foot. I wouldn’t want to walk around in these all day, but wear them when I get home from work after being on my feet frequently, to help my relieve some pressure in my feet. I have had plantar fasciitis issues in the past so hoping these help keep it at bay. It also comes with a foot roller too which feels great. It seems like the build quality is pretty decent too – I’d imagine they’ll hold up for a while. Hoping to notice some positive changes. I’d recommend throwing them outside for a couple of days after receiving them because mine definitely had a stronger smell initially, but it wore off pretty quickly after I had them outside for a day and a half.
