Easy-to-Follow Workout Cards with Useful Extras
I’ve tested several of the cards from the Pilates Bar, Wall Pilates, and Chair Yoga sets. I liked them enough that I’ve already worked them into my New Year’s fitness plan. The illustrations are excellent and clearly show how to use the Pilates bar and resistance bands. The written instructions add helpful guidance without being overwhelming. The cards are coated, so they hold up fine for workouts and wiping off notes. They will bend if you’re rough with them, but with normal care they’re perfectly usable. I wouldn’t call them heavy-duty, but they’re practical. The extras are genuinely useful. The 4-week challenge, rings, and dry-erase option make it easy to plan workouts and track progress. One thing I really like is how portable the whole set is — I can toss the cards into a workout bag and take them with me in our camper, which makes staying consistent much easier. These cards are best suited for beginners through intermediate users. They provide enough structure and variety without being intimidating, and they’re flexible enough to mix and match exercises as you go.Overall, these are well-thought-out low-impact exercise card decks that are easy to use, travel-friendly, and motivating without being complicated.

    Great idea for pilates bars
These pilates bar workouts were a bit of trial and error. The idea is great. It has several different moves and positions to work different parts of the body and then it has separate cards that combine some of them to make full workouts so it takes the guess work out of what you should do. There is a short description on the back of the cards explaining somewhat how to do each rep. There is a cool down card that they use for warm up and cool down moves but there is no description on how to do those moves so it’s confusing if you cant understand what the picture is.Also I found that several of these moves are difficult from a functionality point just to do not from a physical limitation. The side leg extension for example was impossible to do holding the bar straight up and down with the bottom resting on the floor and you have to hold the bar sturdy while standing beside it with one hand while you kick out your leg to the side. Even at the lightest band weight the bar would move with just one hand holding it. A lot of these are difficult for someone that is short also and because these cards are meant to pair with any pilates bar, how to shorten the bands or alter the move to accommodate a short person is very limited if not missing altogether. The concept is great and some of the moves are pretty intense but it is a bit frustrating to navigate. I wouldn’t recommend this to someone with no experience with a pilates bar.

A great way to start planning a work out routine
I got these because I am trying to find more ways to motivate myself to move more. I love that this has a lot of different cards that you can pick from that show the specific part of the body that they work. They are numbered and color coded to represent what part of the body the exercise works. I’m not sure how durable they will be though. Each card also shows the intensity level ranging from easy to hard. The front of each card give you a visual for the exercise, and the back card gives you the step by step written instructions on how to do it. They are only lightly coated so there really isn’t much protection (think a pack of kids playing cards vs the high quality ones).

    My Go To Pilates Set
I picked up this Pilates bar set and it made my workouts feel fresh again. The cards give me clear ideas and the four week plan keeps me on track without any stress. The bar feels sturdy and the rings add a nice extra burn for my arms and legs. I like using it at home when I want something simple but still effective. The dry erase board helps me stay organized and makes the whole thing feel fun. It fits easily into my routine and gives me a smooth steady way to stay active. I really enjoy it.

You can really customize your own routines and no app needed
I’ve tried many ways to keep track of my workouts over the years. I don’t like working out so if it’s not easy to keep up with then I won’t do it. There I said it. I hate the apps. I have tried sooo many of them. I’m over it. I was skeptical about these cards. When I first opened them I thought “these are neat” but wasn’t sure how easy they would be to use. Ok, they are easy. So many different exercises from easy to hard, there are even some total body exercises. What is really selling me so far though is, no phone required, very customizable and I can hang the ring on my yoga mat holder so it’s right there without having to get my phone, open an app look at some stupid ad before I even get to my workout routines. No distractions for notifications. Oh, and I now own these cards. I can use them anywhere even without Wi-Fi. The cards wipe off easily.
