Not safe
Would not recommend this to anyone sent it to California for a 13 year old Autistic girl to stretch with. As she pulled the bands up it snapped and scared her.

Good for the price
Sturdy and well made. Great value for the money. Only negative is that I am short so I need shorter bands or a way to shorten the bands.

Grommets too big for the strap size.
It broke the first time using it. The straps come thru the grommets while working out. Tried to fix it but the grommets are too large. The have a little ball on the back side of the grommet to hold strap in place but it was not large enough to keep in place.

Not impressed
Not as good as I thought quality wise, I thought it would be more weighted. It’s super lightweight seems cheaply made, and really not great for a good workout.
