It is a good quality and you must use it regularly to feel the exercise benefits. Especially helpful you wish to strengthen your legs for consistent balance which does try to slip away as we age.

I thought it would have better tension but it feels flimsy compared to how it was described. It came with a bent “corner” due to how tight they crunched it for smaller packaging. Good quality foam sides.
