Defective Lid
I bought this after a coworker did! She loves it! I got mine and took it to work, filled it up and began my drinking. I noticed the straw was a little wobbly and loose. We compared the lids and straws. Where hers had a lip under the lid where the straw was, mine did not. Hers didn’t pour out of the strawwhen tipped. Mine did! Mine was NOT leak proof. I will be sending it back. Very disappointed.Update: I returned my defective bottle yesterday and received my replacement on today. SAME PROBLEM! I’ll be taking it back and cancelling my order.Can someone please explain Quality Assurance to this factory?

Too hard to get lid off or put on
Liked color, size and the measurements. Disliked the lid.. It’s almost impossible to get that lid unscrewed and then screwed back on. I fight and fight with it. Wish I’d purchased something else. You can see flaking on the plastic lid from where it apparently doesn’t fit well. There’s also a chip on the inner rim….Maybe from the fight to get lid on and off every day. I’ve only been using it 3 days so maybe the lid will get easier but I wish I’d chosen something else.

Great for tracking water intake but
I’ve had this for a little over a month now and it’s really useful for tracking water intake but the straw could be better. I’m very picky about draws and that was the biggest purchasing reason for me so that was a little disappointing but the price point is worth it.

Not impressed
The lock feature broke after one use, the pin in the lid latch keeps trying to slip out. Biggest disappointment is the straw, it doesn’t snap in place so it’s all over the place or the cap falls off. Seems like they don’t go together.
