Noticed an improvement about a week after starting. My energy was higher and my focus was also better. Taste is great and mixes well. Does not taste grainy.

I think this mixes well with many things, and tastes really good even just mixed in cold water. I use a frother to mix it. I mixed this in almond milk and was pleasantly surprised with the taste and it frothed up like a cappuccino. My sister does not like the taste, but she doesn’t love vegetables much either. I think it tastes citrusy.

Taste takes away from a probable good product, but could be just my pallet.
I know a lot of people complain of the container being half full, but if you purchased powders in the last 5-10 years from protein to veggie powders this isn’t ‘new’. This been a known practice for years.To the product itself – for me, the taste wasn’t the best. It could be that some other powders add sweeteners or sugar but the taste was bitter to me when compared to others. Have noticed that it doesn’t have a chalky taste some other powders do have. Works fine with 8-16 ounces of whatever liquid you use, I mainly use just plain water cause I want to keep my sugar intake as low as possible. The ingredients are the same as most powders I’ve used and it did make me feel like I had something in my stomach. I’ll give another flavor a try, but this one didn’t particularly hit the taste mark with me.

good product but doesn’t taste the greatest
honestly i think this stuff makes a difference. it makes me just feel better/clearer in a way i can’t describe. maybe its placebo?taste is awful tho… there’s a slight sweetness in the first couple sips but the aftertaste is gross.i got used to the aftertaste about half way through using the bottle so if you’re new to the powder, just know that it gets better the more you stick with it.
