1” Tablets May Be Too Wide for Some Water Bottles; Flavor is Okay
I was primarily hoping for a tablet that would make my water taste good and support hydration. The fact that this contains nutrients is a bonus. The dried fruits add mild sweetness and mild fruit flavor. I’m not wild about the taste, but it isn’t bad. I appreciate that it doesn’t have the extremely salty flavor which I dislike in most electrolyte drinks. Although the 1” tablet easily fit into my insulated bottle, I noted that it might be too wide for some plastic water bottles due to their narrow openings. It also might be messy to break them apart since when I dropped a tablet back into the tube, a substantial cloud of dust shot out. I’m not sure how long it took for the tablet to dissolve in the cold water, but I did shake the bottle periodically and never noticed any grittiness. I drank the bottle over the course of a 3-hour hike in fall weather and felt fine. These tablets promise a lot of things that I can’t really speak to (re Immune Support, Energy Management, Stress Relief, Hormone Balance, etc.), but they do add mild flavor and nutrients that support hydration and should support good health. I feel like these fall somewhere between average and good in terms of flavor, so I’m rounding up to 4 stars.

I tried this Love Wellness daily electrolytes, and they’re great! They’re super easy to mix into water, and they help keep me feeling refreshed and hydrated throughout the day. The flavor is light and not too overwhelming. Definitely a nice boost to my daily routine!

Review for Love Wellness Daily Love Electrolytes
If you enjoy unsweetened sparkling water, you might like this product. Personally, I don’t love the taste. One thing to note: the tablets are pretty large and don’t fit through the opening of a standard water bottle, so you’ll need a glass, a wide-mouth bottle or break it up first (it’s a little crumbly). A tip that makes it better: put the drink in the freezer until it’s slightly slushy. It improves the texture and overall experience.

Fizzy Hydration
The electrolyte tablets create a fizzy drink when added to water. They dissolve completely within a few minutes. It is a berry flavor, but it is not overwhelming. It tastes good to me. The tablets are an easy way to get quick hydration, perfect for marathon runners and other athletes because of the electrolytes. The tablets can be removed easily from the canister. Flip the lid upside down to balance a tablet; this way you can add it to your drink without having to touch it.

I wanted to love this product because the BYE BYE BLOAT works great for me. This did not taste well. It was too fizzy for me as well.
