Before, during ,and after my pregnancy this is a great one and will use for all future pregnancy. Definitely eat before taking one even if its a little bit. They are pretty big pill but not difficult.

This is the only prenatals that do not get me nauseous, I really love it they are easy to swallow and doesn’t make me feel sick. The one time that I felt sick was only when I forgot to take it one day.

I definitely recommend these. I used them all through my pregnancy. I did not have no stomach discomfort. Their was hardly any taste at all and the smell wasn’t that bad at all I think it was a good buy for the value of money and they were easy to swallow as well.

Prenatal Vitamins
As helpful as this is for my growing bean I HATE the side effect of heartburn it gives. I have read this is a normal, almost expected side effect but I often wonder if another brand would give me the same reaction. The price was great for the quantity since it holds you over for 6 months and that’s majority of the pregnancy so I dont at all regret the buy. It includes the necessary vitamins for mom’s health as well so definitely an added bonus.

10/10 recommend!! All other prenatals make me nauseous or even vomit! These are easy to swallow, and easy on my stomach, they hardly leave a taste in my mouth, if at all! I’ll probably never buy another brand again!
