Great incline, size, very quiet, def recommend!
I use this daily and love it. Had an issue with the handle becoming loose so contacted the seller and they made everything right. The level of incline is something I was looking for when looking through my options. As I get better im hoping I dont need the handle but to begin with it helps me keep my balance. Its very quiet, I use it while watching tv. Its light enough weight that moving it around isnt an issue. I love that it folds to store in a small space. The remote is nice I just keep it on the handle while I walk. Would definitely recommend this for the price, incline level and compact features. This seller is also very responsive which makes reaching out for issues not seem so daunting.

Bad Phone Holder but Very Quiet
The phone holder is really flimsy/narrow, my phone (S25) kept falling out, I would NOT trust it. For thicker phones it definitely wouldn’t hold them at all. The speed is also off, 1.8 is about 2.2-2.5MPH. Other than that it’s a great pad/treadmill! Definitely worth it for the $149 price! It is super quiet and the treadmill itself feels very stable, its decently wide, and really easy to put together! 8.5/10

Happy purchase, highly recommended
Great price, great pad that exceeded my expectations. My recommendation is to get off the fence and purchase. At this price point you don’t get all the bells and whistles of a gym treadmill or pay that price. You’re getting a quality, compact and stable pad with display. The company stands behind with 100% satisfaction guaranty; 5 yr frame and 1yr parts.I’ve read others criticisms, mostly due to not carefully reading the available info, such as the incline, if needed, is manual. Others have complained that the rail have a bit of movement, that is true, but are locked and stable. Also, correctly so, the phone holder doesn’t attach well, but an easy fix is to use superglue to secure. People need to take into account the price point. You can pay for a Mercedes or save money and get a GM, both will get you there, but one will leave you with cash in your pocket.

Only an “OK” product. Not the best, but also not very expensive.
This tread mill is fine, but not great. The first issue is that the pictures in the ad are very deceiving. They show a woman running on the treadmill and the handlebars come up to her shoulders. The woman is grossly out of scale of the treadmill. I am 6 foot tall and the handlebars come up to my waist, not my shoulders. Assembly of the treadmill was difficult because the instructions were so vague and because the build quality is poor. The instructions were not clear what screws went where, and they include far more hardware in the box than is referenced in the instructions. The build quality is poor because many of the screw holes did not line up well, or at all. The tread mill is compact, but this may be a negative instead of a positive. If you have a long stride, the belt of the treadmill may be too short for you to walk on comfortably. My wife wanted to buy this treadmill so she could fold it up and slide it under the bed when not in use. It is possible to fold in the legs and slide the treadmill under the bed, but it isn’t convenient or easy to do, so it isn’t something you would want to do everyday. Despite these negatives, the machine does function reasonable well. It would be fine to walk on, but it would not be large enough or study enough to run on.

Checks all the boxes
We ordered this because of our lack of space for a bigger one. It is not too big and fits perfectly in its spot. The handles fold down for easy storage. The phone holder is a nice feature. Putting together was not that bad, but the directions were not great. Love the remote it is easy to use. Have not tried to run on it, not sure how well that will work with this. Have used incline and upper speed though. Great value for the money.

Product works but needed troubleshooting
SPECIAL NOTE: I had to remove front motor cover (easy to do, just 5 screws) and plug in a white wire/cord from motor to the computer board after receiving the “E03” error not listed in manual.So far, overall happy with the product so far with easy installation, and impressed with how smooth the treadmill belt and motor work. I left the side rail off since the bolt alignment was offset too much to connect. Oh yeah, the Amazon delivery guy tossed it on my porch which is why I thought it was broken. I remained calm, and being tech guy took my time and got it working as the special note explained. Happy treadmilling everyone!

Good basic model walking pad
Good, basic walking pad but it’s definitely not as sturdy as advertised.Pros:1. it is quiet. If you walk on it at a regular pace the motor is so quiet that you can’t hear it in a room with the door closed. So it’s good for people who have room mates or don’t want to wake anyone early by using it.2. For the price it has a nice display that shows distance, time, speed and calories.3. The remote station is magnetic so the remote stays attached to the handle bar when using it and doesn’t fall off.5. The walking pad is a nice size. I’m 5’5” and I have plenty of space to walk with a normal stride.Cons:1. It’s a little wobbly. I weigh around 150 lbs and the handle bar visible shakes when I walk at a normal pace. It’s study, but I won’t try running on it if that makes sense. I also recommend putting a yoga mat under it for extra shock absorption to help your joints.2. The phone stand is a joke. There’s nothing for it to latch on to and it just sits on the handle bar and falls off if you touch it so I don’t recommend using it to hold a device.3. Now that I’m using it I wish I would have ordered one with a cup holder.In conclusion this is a good option for someone who wants a basic, quiet, waking pad for extra steps without a lot of bells and whistles. But if you larger than me, (5’5” 150 lbs) I recommend going with something more sturdy and heavy duty. And personally now that I’m using one I wish I would have ordered one that had a cup holder and a better attachment to hold a device.
