A scale I can read under a large bowl
This is potentially replacing a digital scale that we already have. What I like about this one is that it is USB rechargeable, so I am not constantly replacing batteries. A few moments of charging is usually enough to get me through a meal prep session. For a scale to work for me, it has to hit a few marks. First, it needs a range that can handle my cooking needs. This one goes up to 33 pounds, which is plenty for prepping multiple meals at once. Second, it needs to be precise. This one rounds to the nearest gram, which is great for spices. For a quick reference on how small that is, a single paperclip or a dollar bill weighs about 1 gram. It was sensitive enough to register those tiny weights without a problem.Third, it has to be accurate and repeatable. I spent some time checking the repeatability because that is a big deal for me. I found it to be very consistent; measuring the same item multiple times gave me the same value every time. Finally, it had to be large enough for our big mixing bowls, which was my biggest complaint with my old scale. On this model, the display is set at an angle rather than being flat on top, and the weighing pan is larger. This combination makes it actually possible to read the weight even when our largest bowls are on it. I am very happy with how this performs in a busy kitchen.

Nice and accurate scale – slightly small and lightweight.
The scale is kind of delicate and lightweight but works well. Love the fact that it is rechargeable but also comes with batteries. It can be used with with batteries without relying on rechargeable batteries. One thing noted was that while charging the backlight of the display goes off and it is hard to see if the scale is finished charging or not.The scale itself is quite accurate and stable. I like the fact that the weight display is further up front and is not blocked while weighing something.

Accurate
The first thing I noticed is just how thin this scale is. Around 1/2 inch. Which is kind of neat.I put a 500G weight on it and it reads exactly 500G, so the accuracy is spot on.It can run on AAAs or an internal battery that charges via USB-C. The cord it comes with is almost entirely useless because it is so short. The variety of units is nice. I would probably double check any milk measurements because whole vs skim milk may weigh differently enough that a highly precise recipe might have trouble. It would be nice if the pound units measures lbs and oz instead of fractions. 1.344 pounds is much less useful than 1lb 5.5oz. Yes, our measurement system is stupid, but we are stuck with it.

Accurate and Practical Food Scale
I absolutely love this digital food scale. It is very lightweight, looks great, and the material feels high quality. Now that I am starting to take better care of my diet and track what I eat, weighing my food has become essential to measure protein and carbs, and this scale has been a game changer.I really like that it can be used with a USB cable or batteries, and the batteries are included, so you can use it right out of the box without needing anything extra. It is also perfect for baking. I have always liked following recipes exactly, measuring ingredients like sugar and flour, and this scale makes it so easy. This is definitely a kitchen essential whether you are focusing on your diet or making recipes. I highly recommend it.

Works great
There’s not a ton to say about this scale. It has one job, and it does it well.Set up was simple. You can either charge it with a USB cable or run it off two AAA batteries, which are included. I went with the batteries option because the included USB cable is frankly a job. It’s less than a foot long. But like I said, I’d rather run this off batteries anyway. The form factor is super slim, meaning you can easily slide it into a drawer or lay it on its side to get it out of the way. And as far as I can tell, it weighs perfectly. A 113g stick of butter (shown in second picture) weighed 114g, which, including the wrapper, seems totally accurate. So yeah, that’s about it: convenient, small, easy to use. Perfect for the job.
